We rented a car from this company and were very satisfied! The booking and pick-up process was quick and hassle-free. The car was clean, in excellent technical condition, and exactly as described. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Returning the car also took just a few minutes, with no hidden charges or unpleasant surprises.

Great for reserving in advance
Great for reserving in advance; got timely alerts to keep me posted. 2nd time using for European travel needs and both times I feel it was a good decision.
the only issue was with Eurorcar ( whom we physically picked the car up from) as Eurorcar not release the vehicle to us early even though the car was there and ready. Our flight got in early and so we had to wait over 1.5 hours at the airport before their agent would let us take the car… just stupid!

Best rates with comprehensive insurance. Though guy at the car delivery station asked me to buy insurance from them he stated sunny cars insurance is not very good and take long, he also mentioned there has been such cases in past. This made me nervous though insurance never came into play so can’t say how good is the insurance

Sunny Cars provided me with a much better car
I was late for the scheduled pick-up time and contacted the service to request a reschedule. The customer service team responded immediately and arranged a new pick-up time. They coordinated with the partner car rental company, and I was able to collect the car later that night. Finally, they even provided me with a much better car compared to the one I had originally booked.

Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service
I had a frustrating experience with customer support. Before making the payment, I called to ask about the deposit. I was told that only a small amount (around 1 cent) would be held on my account to ensure that funds could be blocked. However, when I arrived to collect the car, the agent informed me that I needed to pay approximately €234 as a deposit.
I called Sunny Cars immediately to clarify the situation, but the representative on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked them to check the call recording for the conversation I had before booking, they completely ignored the request and insisted they never said that.
This experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. I expected better communication and support.
