Caravan treatment.

Recently we bought a new caravan from a dealer who shall remain nameless. During the sales pitch we were offered Supagard treatment as an extra which we bought. On return home with the van through horrible weather I decided to give it a good clean thinking this won’t take long as the Supagard will have done its job.
How wrong I was, So I contacted Martin at Supagard to moan. The chaps at Supagard must be the most helpful bunch I have ever dealt with.
After a visit from Ronnie and Graham who completely re coated the van inside and out we established that the treatment hadn’t been applied properly and the roof hadn’t been done at all. On return home once again with a caravan covered in road grime I hosed it down and 2 mins later spotless van. Now that’s what the caravan salesman said it would do !
Thanks to the whole team at Supagard for resolving an issue that was not your problem, you are the best.

Supagard Car Protection

Supagard what a marvellous Company. Martin is so knowledgeable and helpful, he introduced John who visited me at home to Supagard my car. John knew exactly what do, several hours later the finish on my car was perfect. The overall experience was marvellous. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

£400 for spray markings, and dirty car!

Purchased £400 supagard treatment with my Tesla model 3 purchase from cargiant.

I was sold: A full valet (in uk this includes polishing), protective supagard bionic treatment. Interior leather protection and fabric treatment to prevent any water dirt/stain markings.

What I received: Vehicle with spray markings all over. Interior was dirty! Exterior even windscreen/windows were not cleaned to put everything in perspective. Dust in centre console?!

When I pointed out the condition of the vehicle, the collections manager took the car away only to return 10-15 minutes later claiming its all done. Refused to undertake service I paid for. Many emails exchanged with cargiant and I have been implied a liar, when challenged with photographic evidence I was offered £60 for valet elsewhere and then drive 2 hours to them for 're-spray' literally that! And, this on a vehicle worth £35,000+

Do not buy this add-on, its a gimmick, and just a spray. Much better options out there. Car floor mats also went missing, yet to be relocated! Take my word and £20 car wash will do better job.

Brilliant

The service I received from Pete was absolutely second to none. He kept me fully informed throughout our communication and was extremely helpful and pleasant. I am always wary about buying “extras” when purchasing anything and hardly ever do but I am so pleased I purchased the Supagard treatment when I got my car. I thought that claiming on the guarantee would be more hassle than it was worth but I was completely wrong. Pete couldn’t have been more helpful.

Supagard gave us a Super Service in…

Supagard gave us a Super Service in helping us to get through a sticky situation with a main dealer when collecting our new car.
They made us feel comfortable that the lifetime guarantee was there to support us if we ever needed it.
The advise and help from Martin at Supagard gave was second to none, a fantastic help.
Supagard has alway been a wonderful set of products that I now used on many of our new cars to keep them looking new and protected.

Wonderful People.

Supagard recently fixed some marks on the paintwork of my car. The job was outstanding. That was a few months ago. I’ve recently become the Captain of my local golf club and have been looking for gifts etc to auction off for a charity to help a local little 6 year old boy called Jack. Supagard offices are based in Glasgow and I’m based near Bath but they contributed a fantastic gift of some of their products that I can auction off to add some funds to support little Jack. I was immensely pleased at their products and level of service when they repaired my paintwork but I am truly overwhelmed by their generosity. I believe a company is defined by their ethos and Supagard and their staff are truly magnificent. What a wonderful bunch of people. I’ve just bought my wife a new car and I’ll be getting Supagard in to protect the paintwork and interior. Their products and service provision are top notch. Thank you Supagard.

Great product and technicians

Pete from Supaguard came out to retreat the car after I had to replace the drivers seat. Absolutely amazing service, very professional and the communication leading up to the appointment was spot on. It's nice to know that there are still some decent and professional people around! Would absolutely recommend this company and their product, which has already saved my interior countless times (if you have young children this product is a must). It really works!!

Excellent product and customer service

I have been extremely pleased with the Supagard paint protection on my vehicle.
The product is excellent and your customer support team must be highly praised. Unfortunately there was a small bird lime residue which had left a mark on the car’s bonnet.
The service I received from my initial contact with Lucca at your Head Office to the home visit by Rob Hall, who carried out the minor remedial work, was above and beyond my expectations. They are superb ambassadors for your company.

Just brilliant

I had a slight problem with some areas of my vehicle so contacted Supagard and spoke to Martin at head office. Having explained what the problem was he arranged for one of the companies technicians, Jonny, to attend to have a look. On arrival he was such a nice guy and explained what he could do and proceeded to solve the minor problems on a couple of the cars panels. He then decided that he would clean and re treat, where necessary, the whole vehicle showing me the process and explaining how the protection works. The vehicle now looks like it’s just come out of the showroom. I’m not easily impressed but on this occasion I was flabbergasted.
From start to finish the process was professional, friendly and quick, with both Jonny and Pete being a credit to the company. I can’t recommend this company and it’s staff highly enough.

Friendly, honest and supportive service

I sustained some damage to my paintwork and Supagard were very helpful, they arranged for me to have all the repair work done and Supagard reapplied without any hassle. Excellent service, thanks to Pete Beck who arranged everything and kept me informed of developments and the progress of my claim every step of the way!

I cannot thank Pete enough for the wonderful service we have received, he’s such a lovely genuine man and was so helpful.

Supagard are excellent in treating customers fairly.

I emailed Supagard,with regards to streaks on my new caravan after only 8 months from purchase, it then transpired the supagard warranty had not been registered, after I assumed the caravan dealer was going to do it. On contacting the dealer they could not help. On contacting Supagard, within 10 minutes I had the good fortune of receiving a telephone call from Martin McCue, what a star Martin is. He took 'ownership' of my issues, competed the validation certificate and sent a complmentary Supagard 'Scuff Mark Remover' which I would recommend to any one as it certainly did the job. Caravan is now streak free !
Martin was an absolute pleasure to deal with, an asset to Supagard, whose products I would highly recommend.

Awful experience

I need to withdraw a recent negative review of Supagard regarding water marks on my black Mercedes SLC. I now find out that the product was a different one and so apologies to Supagard. Their customer service has been superb (this is before the real product was identified). I have never witnessed such helpful people and I am very impressed. I just wish Mercedes at Lister had used supagard and not another product!

Supagard Support

Due to some confusion at the Dealers as to whether the Supagard treatments had been applied to my new car I was contacted by Pete from Supagard. He said the best solution was to apply fresh treatments at my house. He worked for nearly 3hrs non stop and the results were excellent, this level of service/support is rare today and I would highly recommend Supagard. Thanks again to Pete for a fantastic job.

Brilliant service all round

I had Supagard applied to my new car by the dealer. After delivery of the car I noticed a few marks on the paintwork that I couldn’t remove. After many contacts with the dealer I was getting nowhere. I then contacted Supagard who came over within the week. Pete and Dave came out to my place of work and removed a lot of the marks but unfortunately due to the time lapse they couldn’t resolve all the panels concerned. Supagard then arranged to have those panels re painted for me.
Exceptional service all round from Supadard even though it was not their fault, Pete took full ownership of the issue and kept me informed at every stage.

Once I got the car back Pete arranged to come back to my house to re apply the protection correctly to the painted panels.
I wouldn’t hesitate to have Supagard applied to my car again, as clearly they are always there for you should you need them.

Great service

I purchased a new volvo xc60 & was asked would you like the supaguard protection applied on the vehicle,at first when the dealer told me the price I thought no but then thought all the polishing on a large vehicle.Also living in a village all the birds & their birdlime & the sap from tree's I would get it done .A few weeks ago I noticed a small area of birdlime on the car ,I contacted supaguard & the email was answered by a chap called Lucca.I only contacted them to find out about the product before I contacted the dealer,I explained the problem sent some pictures & the next thing was an email saying one of the detailers would contact me.He did promptly & then he contacted Volvo & explained to them the problem,so within two weeks from contacting supaguard just for information they had sorted the whole problem out & the Volvo has been completely supaguarded again.One very happy customer & will I use them again yes but going directly through them next time.Thank you Lucca & Russell for rectifying the problem for me,now days it's hard to find good customer service
