Excellent customer service. First class all the way and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. A big thank you to Martin McCue for ringing me back when he said he would.
I have had SupaGard applied to my 66 Mokka, or should I say, I paid to have it applied, around 3 weeks ago.
I have washed it twice using their bodywork shampoo but the water barely even beads.
No email or certificate to confirm warranty.
I think I will be going to Trading Standards for help in getting my money refunded.
However, after contacting SupaGard themselves, they could not have been more helpful.
They investigated the complaint and viewed the images I provided them.
They have since issued the certificate of validation direct, and are sending a trusted agent to come to my house and apply the protection properly early best week.
Hats off to them, great customer service.

Fantastic customer service cant fault them happy to use their product on all future new cars.
Excellent
Amazing product. I bought my 2 year old Lexus at the time in 2016 and opted for the Supagard protection. It was 100% worth it. Once it came to me handing the vehicle back the paintwork still looked brand new and that was with little maintenance over a 4 year period. I actually got a good amount of money back for my car which is unheard-of! Brilliant product!
Thanks to Martin at Supagard who helped me tons
My car was purchased from car giant which had originally protected my car with supagard after having to go back to them twice, I contacted supagard directly to sort out my issue they instantly got one of their team members to valet my whole car and protect my car with supagard (inside and out) they sent out loads of car products and bits which I had requested.
CARGIANT YOU CANT BE TRUSTED YOU ARE THIEVES. THANKS TO SUPAGARD FOR FIXING MY PROBLEM.
Thanks again to Martin & his team at Supagard.
Well I have to say that Supagard have sorted out my problems. I had a good chat with James - It was good to get a full expansion why they could not supply me with the product. All it takes is a chat.
I have to purchased a 5 year old car and was sold supagard for paintwork at over £400, the water test shows that it is unprotected, I now read on forums that it is no good on older cars as the damage to paintwork as already been done, and chips on the car had not been treated first yet I still get a warranty I think I have been conned by Toyota and supagard as both knew the age of car,

Utterly useless. We paid £400 to have Supagard applied to our new VW Golf, inside and out....
We've just come back from our first long trip in the car since purchasing it (just before lockdown!). Washed it upon returning and, despite using our faithful, excellent jetwash AND then using a wash/wax product with a bucket and sponge, it's still covered in little black spots / marks and bugs that won't shift for love nor money. I tried using the (ominously supplied) bug remover spray and this removes most of the marks after a long wait and massive manual effort - I did one corner of the car and gave up. There's no way it should be necessary.
After realising that something was horribly wrong, I did the water test with it - literally, just pouring cold water on the car paintwork, using a jug!! I found that water "sticks" to the paintwork just like it does to our 18 year old, untreated Honda Civic, so I'm not even convinced the stuff's been applied / applied correctly. We had a couple of (latest shape) Minis prior to the Golf and they were coated with a competitor ceramic product from new. Right from the start, water always just ran off them in streaks - and washing was a 5 minute, easy affair for the 6 years we owned them. Supagard is NOTHING like this at all.
This product is an utter con, save yourself a fortune and avoid, avoid, avoid!

I do not recommend supagard.
Please read the small print. Not everything under warranty. Got the supagard done Mercedes. Car was vandalised, had compound polish done Mercedes, Supagard asked me pay £400 to reply the protection.

Had my new Mercedes-Benz coated with StarGard which is a product from supagard. After a few months a stain was visible on the exterior driver's door. Sent photos of this to supagard who analysed the photos and said the problem was carriageway contaminant adhering to the top coating of the StarGard. Previously, I had used a lot of elbow grease with a sponge and shampoo without the removal of the stain. Supagard's Technical Director sent out one of their products called "Wipe Away" (comes in a tube) which did the trick in a jiffy. Thanks, supagard, my Mercedes Benz is back looking top notch.
Useless service and when you need them, they always fob you off!
