I have Supaguard applied to my new caravan. I bought a (leading brand) full cover to protect it. After removing the cover for the first time i found all my windows were marked. Cover supplier felt the marks could be that Supaguard had been applied to the windows and been "over buffed" so i contacted Supaguard. Although they advised that Supaguard is not applied to the windows, they offered to send their local agent to sort it foc. Shortly after, Dave from DE Valeting arrived to sort it. He confirmed the marks were scratches from the cover. Dave spent the whole morning working maticulously on all the windows and has got virtually all the marks off - to the extent no one else could tell they are there. I am absolutely delighted with the service from Supaguard and DE Valeting. My original call to Supaguard was merely to ask if Supaguard is applied to the windows. When they heard of my problem they offered to come and sort it at no charge. A sign of a good company is how they look after their customers. Based on their response to me they have demonstrated the highest level of customer support. Many thanks Supaguard and DE Valeting. Oh by the way, i am delighted with the Supaguard product on my caravan as well!

Best money I've ever spent. Our 2 week old car had ended up covered in stray paint spots, which had blown all over it from next door. The service we received from Pete at Supagard to rectify the problem was way better than I could have imagined. The issue was dealt with the following day, on our driveway, and free of charge. Unbeatable, efficient and friendly service.

Cannot fault the service, professionalism and friendliness of Pete, Phil and the team.
I had Supagard applied by a car dealer from New, though in my humble opinion, it had not been applied to a particularly high standard.
I spoke direct to Pete who arranged for Phil and his colleague to come and visit me at home. They completely reapplied the product, and trust me, you can automatically tell the difference.

I have supaguard applied to my new Jaguar XF in 2019 and it been superb till stubborn black streaks appeared from the door handles (white car). I contacted Pete Beck at Supaguard as the literature suggested. Pete arranged to come along and recoated the sides of the car on the spot and made doubly sure it was all good. Incredible service and the car looks very white and new.

I asked my dealership to protect my new car with Supagard paint protection and interior fabrics protection. When I got the car back I realised they hadn't done this although they charged me for it. Note: you check this by washing the car. The water should bead on the surface not form streaky disjointed patterns. I spoke to Supagard about this and they were brilliant. Firstly, they reminded me to activate my warranty for Supagard. Then they informed me that they have a special leather protection for interiors which my dealership didn't inform me about -they only offered fabric protection which misleadingly lead me to believe it covered all interiors. And lastly, they took this problem on themselves and sent a professional valeter half way across the country to my house to protect both the exterior and interior of the car. I have never encountered such exceptional service from any company I've ever dealt with. Make sure you check your car has actually been protected as soon as you get it back for the dealership (see above) and any doubts contact Supagard without delay. Highly recommended!

I purchased the supagard protection service when I bought my car. Had to change a few body parts following an accident. I contacted the team at Glasgow and Jonny Hayes came to my house and reapplied the protection. Great service.

I finally decided to contact Supagard about winter care needs (as I have the exterior protection on my car, which works brilliantly), and felt a bit daft asking what to do in relation to keeping the car to the same standard during the winter months. Within an hour or two, I received a response to my email, that could not have been more understanding, supportive and brimming with advice from Martin McCue at Supagard. Absolutely brilliant service and customer care, I genuinely can't fault it, which left me impressed by the quality and responsiveness of the team in Glasgow.
I can definitely recommend this company, products and client focused support.

Having had a deer related accident the front bumper had to be replaced. Having had Supagard applied to our car the bodyshop needed the certificate to prove to the insurer so that it could be covered for reapplication. The dealership weren’t that helpful and directed me to Supagard direct. Well - what a difference in response. Martin McCue stand up and take a bow. Apart from the fact the dealership hadn’t registered our car with them 30 minutes is all it took for the certificate to be in my inbox and over to the bodyshop. We always have Supagard applied to our new cars because it does give great protection. Always worth the reasonable amount it costs.

Paint badly damaged by bird muck having been left on paint due to unforeseen circumstances. When addressed with the garage and Supagard this was rectified straight away and delivered back to me good as new. Would highly recommend.

I’m in the very unfortunate position of being allergic to the stuff they spray on the fabrics inside of the car, when I bought my new car I told the dealer I didn’t want it because I'm allergic to it but they decided to do it anyway, lie to me and charge me for it claiming only the outside had been treated. I contacted Supagard to see if they could help me to prove my car had been treated so I can return the car and get my money back, but unfortunately I just got to speak to the technical director who became incredibly defensive when I said that I’m allergic to the stuff. He had a well rehearsed speech about how I couldn’t possible be allergic to it, it must be bad Karma, a disturbance in the force, drinking too much Irn Bru, “electrical activity” or too much ABBA on the radio that’s causing my problem (not exactly what he said but it was nonsense along those lines).
When I asked him about record keeping I just got laughed at, great!!!
So unknown chemicals are thrown at the inside of peoples cars with no proper records.
They claim it’s endorsed by the motor manufacturers but when I asked Toyota for help, it’s nothing to do with them!!!
The dealers love it because it costs them peanuts to treat a car then they charge you £££’s.
Who knows what’s actually in the stuff, because I can’t get an ingredients list off them.
Am I the only person in the universe that’s allergic to it?
If I am, why do Supagard get so incredibly defensive if you mention allergic reaction to their product?
Why do they have such well rehearsed speeches about how nobody has ever had a problem with it, even though they quite clearly don’t record when people contact them with a problem?
I didn’t have a problem with Supagard, I just happen to be allergic to it so I say no when I buy a new car, but now I’ve been forced into this mess I just think the whole thing stinks.

This is my second vehicle I have taken out Supagard protection on and have been in contact with yourselves over various things over the past 5 years to which each was dealt with immediately and rectified simply, there is not one customer service representative I have spoken to who hasn't been polite and efficient, thank you.
My most recent experience being with a stain on a car seat which actually needed reupholstered through the car dealer. It was the most stress and hassle free issue I have ever dealt with due to supaguard staff taking it upon themselves immediately to rectify the matter before I even had time to think about it, I barely had to do a thing. Having a one year old, being heavily pregnant and working full time, any added stresses are not welcomed but I really felt that Pete, you went the extra mile when actually on reflection, this is the customer service level you provide routinely which is outstanding. I wish more companies and service providers were as proactive as I have found Supagard to be!
I recently bought a car that had covered 7000 miles. I had the car Supagarded at the dealers but was unhappy with the results. I got in touch with Supagard head office, Within three days they had sent a Supagard specialist to my house who did the complete treatment again with fantastic results, at no cost to myself. Supagard went above and beyond my expectations I cannot thank them enough. the car now looks better than new. I thought this type of service was a thing of the past. Thank you Martin and your team.
My black car got covered with tree pollen which got embedded in the old water spots and I could not get it off. I rang Supagard and James Smyth the Technical Manager was most helpful saying he would send me a number of products to try. I used his Water Spot Remover which worked perfectly and then his Paintseal cream to give it shine. Thank you very much James.
I left a review a week or so ago which was called `doesn`t do what it says on the tin`. Supagard responded very quickly and were extremely proactive in resolving the issue. They couldn`t have been more helpful and today they sent a couple of great guys to retreat our caravan. The result is absolutely great and we are very pleased with the product and the help we have received from Supagard. When applied properly it is a great product and it is backed up by a company which clearly does the right thing.
