Superdry are always good on quality,if looked after properly there clothes winter coats reefer jackets, mens underwear jeans are top quality.
I would truly buy Superdry and the staff were lovely

I ordered a pair of flip flops, left in my size (L) and the right came in a (M) , had to return, then when I went to return I didn’t receive a receipt or proof of refund . Disappointing because I love Superdry.

My original visit to purchase garment was fine, I had a receipt for garment purchased for grandson, who returned garment without receipt. Unfortunately and understandably they refused to allow exchange without receipt. His mother went with him and the staff made her feel they had stolen the garment. I went with Copy from my bank statement and they gave me a refund.
And took the trouble to check up purchase date.

Didn’t have my size on the rack but I didn’t get the standard “if it’s not out, we don’t have it”, instead an order was placed and it was delivered to my house in 2 days!
