Pleased with the 20% off. I was very impressed with the service in the shop and after. They didn’t have the size we wanted so they ordered it for us(a very slick process) and it arrived a couple of days later. The communication was great. A very good experience! Well done!

I returned items that I bought online to my local store but the return didn’t go through on the till and I did not get email confirmation. The staff were helpful and contacted customer service to sort out the issue

I went into the store to have a quick look, and found a dress which I absolutely fell in love with when I tried it on, but it was a size too small. An assistant whose name I didn’t catch checked if it was available a size up and then ordered it for me for home delivery. The dress is perfect, and the service was great!
