Love the clothes and staff was very helpful

My son really like their clothes. I think they are overpriced. He claims it's the quality. How much quality can they be? They are made in China. I find it obscene that what they paid someone pennies to make costs $75. 1,0000% markup really offends me. I mean the clothes are ok but...

Nice & warm coat! BUT, the hood on City Fishtail Padded Parka is very small and doesn’t keep your head warm with a hat. I’m 5’5”, shorter than the 5’8” model so I expected the coat to fit perfectly.

I received my order damaged. There was a complete button missing from my jacket that I purchased for over $200. I tried to reach out to super dry and of course I haven’t gotten no response and it has been over a week.

The coat took weeks to arrive, which is to be expected for overseas orders as we are in the US and it was being shipped from the UK from what I could gather. However, the coat arrived with the security tag still on. My son only had an old coat with holes in it to wear, and it’s been several weeks since an ongoing back-and-forth with customer service without anything being resolved. So now he has this new coat that he was gifted and he can’t wear it. And there are no superdry locations anywhere near us. They should have immediately issued a store credit or sent a new coat. The customer service has left us very frustrated and my son stuck in a too small coat with holes.

The product arrived much sooner than expected, actually made it in time for Christmas!
It did not fit, but returning was very easy, and the replacement arrived just as quickly.

The coat came before Christmas and the coat was expected January 7th so my daughter was super aesthetic

They said it would be here by January 2. It was here December 24 four days after I ordered it.

My sandals right foot is very narrow

Try to change house number and nobody was helping me to change it. I chase this damn order for over a week
