I ordered 3 t-shirts and got only 2. No one has contacted me about any delays. The order is a week over due now.

Got scammed during their sale
Got scammed during their sale. Do not deal with company. No matter how good their sale is.

So i purchased a jacket at a sale they had which was 50% off. Great right? Not really. It arrived pretty late and it was a size too small. No problem, i will just return it, their website ways 7-10 days. However, i had to pay the return fee? This is quite unusual, at least in Denmark. So i had to pay £12 to return the £50 jacket. After a month i get an email with only a subject saying that they received the item.

Today i got refunded £50. I call them and after waiting 15 minutes on the phone, i am told the reason is that they didn't have any bigger sizes in stock. However now i am out £12 i spend returning the item.

I started with £50, then had a jacket which i returned and now i have £38.

I have actually lost money purchasing from Superdry and it will be the last time i support their brand which i was happy with in the past. Disgusting way to treat customers.

Crappy return service.It costs a fortune to return the goods because even though you buy in DK, it is send to Belgium when returning it.

And horrible long waiting for customer service.

Fast delivery, large selection

I like the products, and the delivery was really fast - but had to return a jacket because it was to small. Last time i bought something d from superdry.dk i found out that i had to pay for the return - all the way to Belgium. This time I therefore checked the return policy carefully - I thougt! - On the webside it stated that the package would be delivered with a returnlabel. I thougt this was great - I was sure then, that this time I didnt have to send everything to Belgium. I shop alot on the internet, and normally a returnlabel means that the return is prepaid or at lest that there is a limit for the cost of the return. But that was not the case. I am a giant fool for doing this TWICE!!!! - and now have to send it all the way to Belgium at the price of 180,- kroner. And it is not true that the terms of return is clearely stated on the website, You only get the full information of return, when you get the information that the order is shipped. Before that you can`t see that the return adress is in Belgium. And it does not say that the return label is only an adress and a barcode.

Such a bad return policy! I ordered from Denmark and I found out that I had to pay 200 DKK for returning my item, because I had to send it to UK :o. My item costed me 350 DKK so almost the same price as the item. The result is that I would rather keep it and sell it second hand. At least you should write it when someone from Denmark is buying an item from your webshop so the customer knows how expensive the return costs are.

And the customer service is bad. I contacted you via email for 2 week ago and still no respond. I will never buy from the website again.

No returns order note provided with my order, so I had to download, print and fill out a return note myself.
No return packing label provided + had to return the order to the UK (?!) at a cost of 200DKK!

I loved the jacket! I normally use a M, but because I'm short often I have to try a S or even an XS, but this jacket is true to size. I took my measures and went for the size recommended in the web-page and it's a perfect fit. The jacket looks very stylish and it's warm. Good quality as expected from Superdry but a very good deal for the price. Delivery took 2 days.

I ordered a gilet jacket in a size 42... I am normally a 38-40 but I knew superdry sizes came in on the smaller side so for a jacket I figured I'd go for a bigger size. Anyway when the item arrived it was absolutely huge over my shoulders but hardly even did up around my waist. I would question who does fit these jackets? Very disappointing.

The most infuriating thing was trying to return my jacket to get a refund and although I was already aware (and slightly irritated by) having to pay for the returns postage, I was not made aware this would be an international postage to Belgium.

Unfortunately I would not recommend shopping in the online store.

Please fix the top of your page, it keeps popping down, and its kinda frostrating.

God website, let at overskue, levering som lovet

The website could be made more simple to use (several times I had to start the search all over again because once you select a category if you want to switch to another one you have to go from the start). Besides that, very happy with the service.

Er tilfreds med mine varer.
Men det er virkelig dyrt at sende retur hvis man ønsker andre størrelser eller lignende.
Der burde tilbydes gratis retur byt ligesom mange andre mærker udbyder.

Im aware of your policy on the website - its still too expensive. You could improve your return policy so its easier for your customers to return goods.
