We received a superb service from all at Sureseal. They were very Professional & provided a fantastic service from start to finish. We were visited, talked about what they could provide for us. Richard dealt with the arranging & Malcolm & Jamie ( contractors) were brilliant. Very trustworthy, & professional. The workmanship was 2nd to none. Throughout, they treated our home with the highest respect whilst carrying out the installation. The standard & quality of the installation and workmanship from start to finish was the best! Sureseal were absolutely brilliant during and afterwards!
Sureseal were absolutely brilliant. They weren’t pushy at all at point of quoting, the gave me every option and figure I needed with zero pressure to make a decision. No nagging sales calls. I was ridiculously picky about everything I wanted, when they arrived I thought the door was the wrong colour & nothing was too much to have everything double checked. 1 year later the front door had dropped as expected whilst settling, they sent someone straight out to fix it. The install team were courteous & kept everything clean. Brilliant communication, brilliant products & brilliant service!

Fabulous company!
We had a great experience having our windows and door fitted with Sureseal!
The first day of the fitting, they were very prompt on their arrival and worked throughout the day non stop!
Same the following day, bringing all the work to a close, there wasn't a spec of mess left from them. We were very impressed with the quality of the products too! Few years on, everything's solid and still looks brand new!

Excellent service from Sureseal
The whole process with Sureseal from initial query to final installation was very straightforward with no surprises.
A really professional installation, Sean was both polite and efficient during the installation of windows and doors ensuring the home was left clean at the end of each days install.
We have recommended Sureseal to friends and have also received queries if who conducted our installation from a number of locals and have been happy to recommend them to Sureseal.

Good windows, Poor install
This process of having all new windows and doors started in March 25. They "installed" in August, three months later than promised. This was after we chased them. Its now mid November and I am having to get an outside contractor to finish the installation. The windows/doors are of a high quality but the installation on two of the biggest windows is below par. I complained to the original workmen who installed them and was told that it cant be fixed. After email tennis, two more senior installers came out and inspected. Hey presto the same men who installed originally returned and repaired what they said couldn't be repaired! Unfortunately being a Friday afternoon they just bodged the upstairs repair. Hence I am going to pay for another contractor to tidy it up. I cannot recommend this company unfortunately, If you are going to buy doors /windows for your whole house go and see some of the company you chose previous installs if possible. Do not believe all you read here or google. See for yourself. There are plenty to choose from.

Quality product both windows and doors…
Quality product both windows and doors being fully tested as we live on an exposed hilltop coastal location. Fitted on time and very efficiently. Fitters were polite and very tidy.
