Would not recommend. Didn't receive a single call, message or email as a result of my campaigns with Surface Web Media. They advertised false information on my website without my permission, were inadequate, ignorant and unhelpful. Complete waste of money and time. Trust the bad reviews - not the sales team!

We are very sorry to hear advertising on Google did not lead to the returns you were hoping for.
Your one months advertising on Google generated results of 31 clicks to your website and 4 calls from the click to call function. Now we can also confirm that you answered your calls as time spent on the calls is recorded by google and sent to you as part of your Google Report. We also kept you informed of the one call you missed by notifying you over the phone the very next day via your account manager. We cannot stress enough that one missed call can sometimes be seen as one lost customer.
We would like to stress that all clients receive a Google Report of their monthly Campaigns.
Advertising on Google for a Man and Van in Stafford is very expensive as any Man and Van and removals company in the UK would testify to, and we did our utmost to maximise your £5 a day or £149 for the month budget.
Advertising does not guarantee results, it guarantees exposure and hopefully enquiries which turn into paying customers, and we accept that sometimes this can go one of 2 ways. We would always advise clients who take up any form of advertising campaign, to either assess what budget you would like to invest but more importantly to do it over a 3 month period to fully understand the ability of platforms like Google Ads can do for you.
Your google campaign is run by a Google certified technician and they will always review campaigns to ensure we maximise the budgets set by our clients.
As a good will gesture we are happy for you to keep the landing page that we created for you, (https://waterstransport.business.site/ ) until you get a Professional Website for your services. If I could give 0 stars I would, been with this company for over a year, they were great for the first few months then went completly off the grid, all my calls emails letters ect were ignored! The information on my website is all now wrong as it hasnt been updated, my cancellation policy is wrong on so I've had to honour it and issue refunds, I've had clients go to the wrong address and lost 100s of pounds for this mistake! They are still charging me monthly even though the bank has tried to block it I think I'm now tied in for life with a company that has clearly blocked contact with me, is charging me and has a website about me with misleading information which I would like taken down, avoid like the plague! Never dealt with a worse company! Legal action may need to be taken now for me!

The worst company I have ever dealt with
It is no exaggeration when I say that this company is the worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They took my money and have done absolutely nothing with it.
I was promised phone calls and reports for a google ad campaign only to be left with them DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I was having to constantly chase them on the phone. Most of the time they won't answer the phone but if you finally get through to them they brush you off saying someone else deals with it. I had absolutely zero communication from them for the entirety of my time with them. I also received no evidence that they did anything with my money.
To make matters worse, they also took another month's payment from me. I was told at the end of the first month, I would receive a review and given an option if I would like to continue using their services. They then decided to ignore that and take another payment anyway.
Because of all this, I took legal action against them. One of their workers texted me to change this review to a 3 star review and change it according to her words. She said that only if I did this she would give me a full refund. At first I did but then she obviously didnt return the money and it wasn't until she received a court case that she finally gave me a full refund.
Judging by their reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has experienced similar problems of them taking your money and doing nothing with it. I had to do a small claims court case against them to get my money back. To everyone else, if you receive a cold call from them from a very pushy sales rep DO NOT SIGN UP.
