Tried out this company for a sponsored ad on Facebook. I was told I would get regular stats and updates. The advert was designed, very basic but accepted. Since the advert went live I heard nothing from my client manager. Repeated emails have not been replied to. I’ve now found I’ve been charged for a second month. I’ve spoken directly to surface web and after explaining the situation they said they would look into the matter and resolve the same day. Four days later I’m told I have to send an email to complain.. I have now informed my bank to deal with the matter. During this period I still have had no feed back or been able to stop the advert. I’m told they record the phone calls... if that’s the case they would see that a one month contract had only been agreed. This is also confirmed in text. Do not touch this company.

Paid for a Facebook ad service and never received anything.This company took £125, which they said was a ‘one off’ payment for one campaign, which they never did! Then tried to take another payment the next month. I have telephoned, emailed and never get a reply. Don’t use this company!!

Never Use This Company:This company is not worth 1 star, I have to click on it to provide a review. NEVER EVER use this company.

The sale is friendly but PUSHY and against my better judgment as I needed someone to do a campaign I said yes.

The next day one of their account managers called me, did a nice 15 minute chat about my business, said she was going to send a report for me to approve by 3pm that day and since then which was 14 days ago NOTHING...

I have called their office, spoke to another lady who was going to look into it, and NOTHING....

NO email reponse.
No adword campaign

THEY DID NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

I have requested a refund - NO RESPONSE.

As a consumer, that paid £178 for a product, to receive no information, no contract, no invoice, no service. To not receive any of the things they said they would deliver, and who don't respond to your messages or calls.... then I would suggest you definitely do not use this company.

Surface Web Media ,contacted me i was dubious however from the inset instilled confidence and professionalism and from my frist contact with john to my account manager Samantha have been overwhelmed with there dedication and performance to the end product and delivered everything they said .Wonderful company

They have a lot of knowledge and advice to share , for this alone I would give 5 stars

Absolutely brilliant service with Samantha. She’s been a superb resource and a wealth of knowledge in helping me to improve my reach and visibility on google. Within a few hours of speaking to her, I was listed on the first page of google and I’ve definitely had more getting in touch with me to book in. I signed up for a website, it has taken a while but a cracking website finished for me . Call me for removals in Glasgow. Spoken to a few people they now there stuff

Do not waste you money , they claim to get leads via Facebook, my own posts performed better!! All over you when payment is needed, then ghosted when enquiring about anything. Save your money!!

I came on board with this company after a move young lady called me. I was a little skeptical at first but It has more than paid for itself and I've had 7 jobs over a month. As a plasterer that's is very good. The account managers Sam and Rosie are great. Definitely doing again for another month.

Decided to give this a go with my company Lavish Extensions & Co on Facebook. Can not fault the service at all. Amazing salesperson and account manager Rosie!! Tripled my likes and interactions never thought it would be so good! I'm run off my feet with appointments at the minute. Will definitely carry on using the servuce monthly its more than worth it. Fantastic company. I have been using this company and have found that my sales and bookings have increased significantly my account manager rosie is lovely the only regret I have is that I did not find them sooner. They are worth every penny.

after signing up to google ads bronze for £149 per month I was not expecting to gain hundreds and hundreds of new customers, but what I did expect was to get the ads that I paid for. it has been nearly 5 months, the ads appeared to only be live for the first week or so. I have received zero new customers or leads through it, I have not once been contacted by my accounts manager as initially promised to give feedback on website hits etc. it is virtually impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, yet before I signed up they were all over me like a rash. I followed the instructions on there site to cancel my rolling plan over a week ago, and despite further emails, still have not any confirmation they have received it, or had any replys whatsoever. I will be in touch with my bank on Monday to cancel payments immediately. all in all I would recommend anyone considering dealing with surface web media to avoid them like the plague!
