Placed an order on December 28th for two products. Nine days later, I had to reach out and ask what was happening with the shipment, as I heard nothing since paying. Received a terse response: "Ah, sorry, we actually don't have it in stock." More calls and emails followed, only to end up with a different model, as I was pressed for time. Not even a sorry for all the trouble. Will never order again.

No delivery from Surfline and no communication with surfline. Also no respons after setting email. I amvery disappointed.

In the meantime the mail I got told me to keep the wrong suit as well ! Very Nice , also before the last mail the staf was helping me perfect .

Quick delivery; good prices

Product is good, delivery was fast.

I ordered a windsurfboard (Fanatic Jag 158L). Since availability of this board is very limited I decided to go for it. I had some doubts about whether the carbon board would survive transportation into The Netherlands, but the board was wrapped so good, only an Elephant could have caused damage. Good value for money with this shop. Excellent!

Ordered online. I forgit an item so ordered direct after the first order and asked if it would be possible to put both items in one pack. Unoftunately they didn’t even respond so I’ve paid two times €6 for sending the pack. I’ve recieved the first pack 12 days ago. The second pack is already for 11 days stuck in an sorting center. Because I need it next week I’ve send them an e-mail but again…. No response. Obviously they can’t help the delay in shipping but it feels like they don’t care either as long as you’ve paid.

My ordered product arrived within a few days, even though it had to be shipped from Denmark and I live in the Netherlands.

There was something wrong with my address, and they directly reached out to fix it. Very good service from them.
