No where near as good as magicseaweed
No where near as good as magicseaweed. That site had a free camera for the beach which along with the forecast allowed you to make the decision to travel to surf or not. However Surfline have removed this free webcam in favour of subscription typical rip off Britain.

The service in the store is…
The service in the store is outstanding, however information flow about goods imported from Aarhus to Kobenhavn seems to be from different ancient era, when pigeons were sent to inform about delivery status change. That resulted with one dead pigeon, and no information about delivery of click and collect good to Kobenhavn store... despite we asked for urgent reaction before weekend.

Unacceptable customer service regarding claims
A claim lasted more than 4 month, at the end I gave up. No proper response time. I only got anwers after sending several reminders. After 4 month the shop wanted a video of the faulty part that I already send monthes ago. I gave up and learned my lesson never ever will I buy at that shop again. I have now seen the respornse of the shop mentioning "not customer in our shop" thats wrong from them I bought online via SupStop.de which is part of their shop!

No refund till today
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from this shop. I returned a drysuit within the specified timeframe, yet I have not received my refund, and my attempts to communicate via email have been met with silence.
