Problem with stock
I made a purchase that said it was in stock, when I bought it they told me there was no stock but they already charged me the money. They contacted me very quickly and refunded me instantly. I will buy again.

Unprompted review
I ordered wetsuit that has been handed…
I ordered wetsuit that has been handed to courier GLS who kept the item for one a half week. Item has been shipped and stuck in one of their hubs. Purchased Item never reached destination, never even left the country where purchased that is Denmark. Item has been transported back to sender that is Surfline.dk according to GLS online tracking system. When contacted Surfline.dk never responded. No explanation has been provided. Now waiting for refund hopefully will be refunded automatically. No idea what’s going on here 🤷♂️ Very bad experience so far. Based on that experience my advice is “Do Not Trust!” Few hours later Surfline.dk contacted me (probably because of my review on TrustPilot) explaining situation clearly and asking do I still want the item as they will resend it to me.
After item being sent Again I was informed that they have sent me completely different wetsuit instead and that they all the same and offered small refund.
I am trying to cancel the order and fighting for full refund.
Worst experience ever! Do not shop here!
Got my refund few days later that’s the only positive!
Customer service is rub…!

Fun Christmas shopping experience
I ordered an item for pick up - click and collect in Herlev. Efficient and quick. When I arrived at the store the experience was even better. Great staff, very helpful and it was so nice to get some Christmas shopping done in store instead of online. I will recommend this place to everyone.
