Frustrating
It was frustrating after filling all the relevant forms when trying to pay we just kept going round in circles and it just kepted going back to the provider 4 time this happen , and it was all day we end up having to pick our new car up the next day,(today 25/06/26) all because it didn't have the pay button and no phone numbers to ring them , evenly on one of the email they sent the payment button was on that then came more forms to fill in. This was my first time doing car insurance online. (never again) We kept going simply because the piece was a very good quote for the new car. We would have preferred to talk to someone

Another new policy, for only 1 year...
Insurance offer is fine. Not great, not poor, but the same as every other insurance broker. The price is fine, just like others. And just like other brokers, in 12 months time Swift will irritate the hell out of me, by hiking the rates, even though the premiums have dropped this year....
I'd love to see what happens if a broker actually valued it's customers' loyalty...

I had bought a new car and after a bit of messing about on your site managed to do it I was disappointed that there is no phone number to speak to anyone as the automated question it didn't understand me to get my details up by repeatedly telling me I didn't quite get that really disappointed with that but everything else ok

Needed to cancel my policy as I used a date to early and this was very smooth received excellent support and advice with no cost include
Needed to cancel my policy as my start date was incorrect. Only a couple of emails was required with excellent advice policy no canceled waiting in my refund on will then reapply 10 out of 10.
