We rented a bike for my son, the staff were friendly and happy to get the bike set up straight away. The bike itself was great - very high end and well tuned, and the trails at Swinley were a lot of fun (if a little rocky). Only problem is my son really wants a bike like that now!!

Wow, brilliant adventure for me and my nine year old daughter. We went around the green trail to get used to the bike and then all the way around the blue trail which took us almost 2 hours. She managed it fine, with us only having to stop occasionally to rest or walk up a steep bit.

Great service, quality of bikes is superb, we really enjoyed it, friendly people who work there. Highly recommended

Friendly and helpful staff 😀

Arrived without a booking and despite being busy they managed to find us some bikes. They helped set them up and gave a very good walk through of how to use them properly and safely as well as directions on where to ride.

From first getting in touch to the end of the session, everything was smooth and easy. We contacted them to understand the different options available, got clear advice, and booked an instructor without any hassle. Communication before the day was excellent, with clear information on what to bring and what to expect.
On the day itself, we had a fantastic time. The instructor was friendly, professional and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. We genuinely felt we improved during the session and came away feeling it was money very well spent. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking.

The staff you had working today should be considered and a credit to the firm , 100% helpful , my own bike broke down with in 10mins of riding , went back to the hub where a chap tried to solve the issue then had me going on a rental within 20mins , very well looked after , we use swinley nearly every weekend atm

Super friendly staff. The online payment page didn’t work, but when I called they reassured me the booking had gone through. When we arrived to collect the bikes, the team was relaxed and welcoming. The bikes were great. I’ll definitely be back!

Relatively regular user of bikes (for my son). Easy to book, easy to pick up. What really gets the top star was more than happy to help me sort my (unrented) bike, which was in need of a service.

Shout out to the Warden's/ambulance crew who were on hand to help some unfortunate soul who clearly mistimed a jump..
