While the booking was fine, staff just ignored me then served someone before me! 3 people on the till different times! The only good thing was the young lad who sorted me with my bike!

Cycled to Swinley Forest on New Year's Eve with my Sons to do the MTB trails - but without my mountain bike! Although have done the trails on my Hybrid before decided to do a last minute hire on arrival - not in advance. despite appearing very busy there with pre books the guys found me a bike which was in awesome condition with a drop post and 1 x 12 speed and we had a great time. A really high spec hardtail. The trails are awesome too, well laid out and something for all abilities. All round great stuff. Highly recommended. Thanks Swinley Bike Hub and the Crown Estate.

When I arrived my bike was prepped and ready. I was taken through the gear settings and shown where everything was.
I had forgotten my own helmet so was offered one with the bike.
Thestaff all know their stuff and are very helpful!

The experience was thrilling and quite horrifyingly fun and I really enjoyed this sporty activity towards getting happily exhausted for the night afterwards. I had fun despite getting used to using enough strength for the rougher trails but overall, 5 out of 5 for me! If you love twirling around snakey paths and flying down hills, you don't need to think twice for this place.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at Swinley Bike Hub! The kids had a fab day — the whole place is perfect for families. The trails are really well-designed, with great flow and plenty of variety, and the downhill sections were a big hit with all of us. The bike hire process was completely flawless — quick, easy, and super friendly.
If there’s one thing the place is missing, it’s a small changing room for riders to get into clean clothes after ending up muddy from head to toe :)
Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back! 🚴‍♂️✨

Very fun trails. I also enjoyed the bikes, they were high quality and capable bikes.

Fantastic singletrack tour session with Simon. As a beginner I got a ton of guidance and comfort which was key to discover and appreciate this exciting sport in the beautiful setting of Swinley forest. Highly recommended

Great service.

Swinley provided us with bikes and an instructor for a morning of trail riding. We had an introduction to riding the bikes and getting used to the brakes, gears and trails in the area closest to the Bike Hub before heading further afield into the forest. The whole group, ranging in age from 11 - 16, had a great time and loved the opportunities to test their cycling skills off road.

Great service. Bike was very well maintained and all ready for pick up time. Super helpful with regards to the trails and planning out a great ride for myself and 2 children.
