You sent me cigars that were not what I…
You sent me cigars that were not what I ordered. Instead of receiving Partagas Serie P No. 2 cigars, I received some cheap Connecticut wrapper ones. Your company never acknowledged sending me inferior cigars or attempted to resolve the problem by sending the type of cigars I had ordered. Based on Yelp reviews, your company does this quite often.

As always the quality of cigars purchased here was outstanding. The reason I went to a four this time was the shipping time took a lot longer than expected. I believe it was close to a month from order to delivery. I also don’t like that they remove the bands in order to ship to the us. I recieved the cigar bands in a separate delivery.
