I preordered a ai artframe

I preordered a ai artframe. The order was expected to ship by the end of January 2026. Here it is 3/2/2026 and I haven't received it yet. I can't get them to respond to emails, and I just sat on hold with them for over 4 hours and nobody answered the phone. EVER. Do not purchase from them!!

SwitchBot Curtain Rod 3

I've been using SwitchBot Curtain Rod 3 for a few months and I'm very satisfied. QuietDrift is a killer feature for me as the motor noise does not disturb my sleep before my alarm goes off. Bluetooth connectivity is also a big plus, since you don't have to invest in a hub to use the curtain bot. The app is easy to use. The only drawback for me is that Matter integration requires the SwitchBot Hub, but it wasn't crucial since Bluetooth works without a hub.

Their technical support is terrible

Their technical support is terrible. I needed replacement wheels. They sent the wrong ones twice and now are simply ignoring me. Honestly I’ve never experienced such a disregard for customer care. Avoid this company.

Avoid the official store! Unacceptable delays and zero customer support

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the SwitchBot official store. I placed order #EU63975 on January 10th, 2026, and it has been a nightmare ever since.

The issues:

False availability: When I ordered, the website indicated a mid-February delivery. After I reached out to them, I was told the items (Lock Ultra and Keypad Vision Pro) wouldn't even reach their warehouse until late February or early March.

Better service elsewhere: It is mind-blowing that while the official manufacturer claims to be out of stock, the exact same products are available on Amazon with 1-day delivery. Ordering directly from the source resulted in the worst service possible.

Ghosted by Support: This is the most frustrating part. After an initial generic apology from "Debbie," my subsequent emails dated Jan 29th, Feb 2nd, and Feb 13th have been completely ignored. It is unprofessional and frankly insulting to ignore a customer who has already paid and is facing significant delays due to your own logistics failures.

Summary: Zero transparency, terrible logistics, and non-existent customer service. If you want a SwitchBot product, buy it on Amazon. Do NOT give your money to their official website unless you want to be ignored for weeks.

waterdetector and floorlamp

I am using the waterdetector and floorlamp. They both work well and the setups was easy. Pricing is ok, compared to other brands.
The amount of settings of the floorlamp are amazing.

I've been using switchbot products for…

I've been using switchbot products for years and I especially like the S10 vacuum robot which is directly connected to the kitchen tap so I don't have to refill and empty water tanks. Support has always been very good if I had any issues or questions.

Switchbot K11+ No Regrets Purchase

We recently bought a Switchbot K11+ and we're really pleased with it. Compact, relatively quiet, picks up "the bits", works well on hard floors and carpets. Quick to alert you if something is wrong. It was a no regrets purchase. We're even considering a second for upstairs!

The accompanying app is pretty decent as well. Fairly easy to find your way around and lets you do most things you'd expect. The "at home detection" isn't that reliable, but to be fair it is still in "beta".

We've not tried the mop function yet, but we didn't but the vacuum for that.

Great design and functionality!
I have a thermometer/humidity meter with external sensor. Readability is very good with high contrast from all angles. Very sleek design with rounded edges and high quality feel on the materials.
Minor observation is if synching with phone hasn't been delayed for a long time, it will take some time for the transfer as it takes place over Bluetooth.

Highly recommended

I have a wide range of SwitchBot products throughout my home, including the Hover, Hub Mini, water leak sensors, Bots, Blind Tilts, and the SwitchBot Curtain. Everything runs flawlessly through Alexa and SmartThings using commands and routines.

The build quality across the range is excellent, especially considering the competitive pricing compared to other smart-home brands. Reliability has been spot on, with no connectivity or performance issues so far.
On the rare occasions I've needed customer support, the experience has been very positive-responses were quick, helpful, and the issue was resolved without hassle.

I would highly recommend SwitchBot products and will definitely continue using them as I expand and improve my home's smart features.

SwitchBot has a serious customer service problem. What is the problem? Simple, it doesn’t exist. This company does not have any customers service agents.
Simply put, your calls never get connected to any human, your emails will not get responded too.

Sleek, Accurate, and Eye-Opening: My Review of the SwitchBot Meter Pro

I’ve been using the SwitchBot Meter Pro for a while now, and I honestly felt like I had to share my thoughts because it’s been such a game-changer for us. Right out of the box, the first thing I noticed was just how well-made it feels. You know how some gadgets feel cheap or flimsy? This isn’t one of them. Everything is perfectly fitted and feels like a lot of thought went into the design.

Setting it up was a total breeze, too. I installed the app on my iPhone and it was up and running in no time, without any of those annoying technical hiccups you sometimes get. Now, both my wife and I can easily check the air quality in our bedroom whenever we want.

To be honest, the biggest surprise was the CO2 reading. We were actually pretty shocked to see that our levels consistently jump over 1000 ppm during the night. It was a real wake-up call that we seriously need to work on our ventilation. It’s one of those things you don’t really think about until you see the numbers staring you in the face.

The only real "catch" is that if you’re like us and want to connect it to Apple Home or Home Assistant, you can’t do it directly—you have to buy a hub. We’re currently looking at the SwitchBot Hub Mini, which is the cheapest way to do it, but I’m honestly tempted to just go all in and get the Hub 2 since it has so many more features.

All in all, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s reliable, looks great, and actually tells us something useful about our health. I’d definitely recommend the Meter Pro to anyone—it’s just a great, solid piece of tech.

Worst customer service ever.

I have had nothing but problems with every one of their products and trying to get support is crazy. My docking station for my S10 stopped working and it's been 3 weeks of me trying to get them to send me an address to send this thing back. If your thing breaks, It's less frustrating to eat the $1,000 that you paid for it then trying to deal with them.

K10+ Pro Combo will change the way you clean for the better!

The unboxing and getting started process was incredible. It has been very well thought out and ensured the experience was smooth! Within no time at all I had the devices docked and charging. The K10+ Pro robot efficiently mapped out my space and I am constantly blown away by how well it cleans up dust, crumbs, and debris scattered around by my toddler. The robot requires little intervention other than having to untangle my wife's hair from the rotating brush every so often. It's navigation and suction are excellent and I show it off to everyone I can. The cordless stick vacuum is also excellent with thoughtful features like the green light which make it easier to see small particles on the floor when vacuuming. I'm also very pleased with the variety of the attachments, there's something for everything. I initially was skeptical about the mite attachment, however, this has quickly turned into my favourite for vacuuming our beds more regularly. Warning, you will be horrified by the amount of stuff that comes off your mattress/linen on a weakly basis! Lastly, the self emptying feature built into the base unit and how neatly everything packs away into a corner make it the perfect household cleaning system. It is very well designed and I will happily recommend it to anyone looking for this kind of system. Even though it comes with mopping capabilities, I really don't use it and it is probably only intended for small spills or quick cleans in a specific area, it isn't practical for whole room/house mopping. Overall this kit has really put Switchbot on the map for me and I have already started a list of products I intend to purchase for our first home when we move later this year, the Lock Pro is at the top of this list by the way!

Support is non existent

Man, I'm so over dealing with this company's support lately. It's like sending an email into a black hole, no one ever gets back to you. And don't even get me started on their website bot. I've tried a million times to get it to connect me with a real person, but it just keeps misunderstanding me. Seriously, it's frustrating when you just need a simple question answered. I wish they'd make it easier to actually talk to someone who can help.
