Seriously bad news - avoid at all cost
My old broker who was great, sold out and Switch picked it up. Had a bad random call with this broker knowing nothing about me except my name and number. proceeded to give me negligent advice and recommendations twice , each time assuring me that everything was in order and I should switch. she lied both times sadly. if I had ever made a claim I would have been denied and in serious trouble. Avoid these commission chasers at all cost. Pay a bit more and sleep well at night. BTW they always recommend just £100 excess so your premium is higher and they get more commission. They need to be stopped very worrying. If they now reply to say they cant find me as a client ( that's what they do to bad reviews - take a look) its a lie! i was going to be a client until I uncovered their tactics.

Brilliant Service and £££ saved!
Brilliant! Elaine Morgan switched over both my elderly parents from Bupa saving near 6K a year!!!! Cover is practically identical. Why or why didn't we do this earlier. Elaine was great to deal with, by way of email and phone. Patient, friendly and professional. Have recommended her to friends to see if she is able to help them also.

A company that reassuringly looks after your needs and requirements. 
Following a search online, I spotted this company and decided to make a phone call, thankfully it was not a case of having to complete an initial online request for more information.
Direct contact with the company was very much valued. Stuart attended my call and took time to carefully explain about the type of Services provided and then followed on by explaining the step-by-step process of obtaining a quote.
After  taking my details and also noting my personal requirements and also limitations, he explained that he would submit a search and get back in touch with me within a stated time with the best product at my price point. He stated that I would receive a quote via email and then subsequently a follow-up phone call after a 48 hour period. There was absolutely no pressure of any kind of Sales or rush to make an on the spot decision.
As stated in the telephone conversation, I did receive an email the following day and subsequently a phone call 48 hours later.
Looking over the email and contents of the quote, this allowed me to take in the information and make notes of questions on some of the stated conditions of treatment. Speaking to Stuart about these, he was able to provide concise information and also provide reassurance of expected medical cover.
In summary, I was able to make a Qualified decision in my own time and proceed with the medical cover for myself and my family.

Great service all round
I found dealing with Josh at Switch Health to be a refreshing change compared to some of the corporate automatons I've encountered all too often in the past.
He called back when he said he'd call back (novel in these times), was always helpful and personable and ultimately, I feel as if I was provided with the best solution to my insurance requirement.
