I purchased a 55" to be delivered in 2 to 5 business days. I email IAN and asked when it might be delivered? IAN was very quick getting back to me with FED-EX tracking numbers that don't open. Still not sure when delivery will happen?

Don’t use this company
Don’t use this company. I ordered a tv at the beginning of August and it didn’t turn up until I managed to contact them and tell them nothing had shipped. I then received a unit bug on unpacking found it was pre used and already broken. I am still trying to get a response from them to have it replaced. It’s the worst service ever. I just want my money back now. I see there is a 30 day money back statement
Maybe …. But if you can’t contact and they don’t pick up….

I had tv delivered back in May and it was stored in my garage while the backyard work was being completed. It took a couple of months until I was finally able to mount the tv up. To our surprise it wasn’t working properly. I immediately reached out to Ian that very swiftly helped me with a replacement to be sent my way.

I worked with Ian on an issue with the TV. Ian took care of it quickly, getting a new TV to our house to replace the first one that was delivered which had an issue with the screen.

Problem with DVD Region resolved quickly
The RV Smart TV/DVD combo came with the DVD set to Region 3 and I was unable to figure out how to play DVDs. I submitted a support ticket and within a few hours had a friendly, helpful response. It would be better if "pressing 8 five times" was in the online help, but the problem was resolved easily and quickly by Ian . The tv seems nifty for our camper/travels.

Unfortunately our TV arrived with screen damage. Ian from customer service was quick to respond (didn't realize it went to my junk mail at first). After sending a few pictures of my damaged TV they sent one the same day to replace it. Very happy with the customer service and can't wait to use my new outdoor TV. I have a 65" deck pro in my outdoor space. TV has proven to be pretty resilient and reliable. 2 years in and no issues. Great quality and sound. I even purchased the sound bar, which works great with the TV and my other Bluetooth devices. Great buy, highly recommend!
Terrible Customer service and support
I ordered a 55 inch full sun waterproof tv with a tv trolley. After over 2 weeks the trolley stil is not shipped. I tried multiple emails and calls to the customer support to check what's going on but still have not received an answer... Terrible!

My experience with Ian was most helpful. He was able to take care of my complaint with the up most professionalism.
Poor customer service experience.
Numerous emails to resolve simple service issues have been ignored. Calling into customer service resulted in long waits and multiple being on hold for 15+ minutes to only be hung up on. Still waiting to get issues resolved.
