GREAT service

I've been a Synoptik customer for years, with a subscription for contact lenses. I just had lens exchange surgery (not Synoptik). I hadn't been using my contact lenses often for a number of months and had quite a few left unopened. When I cancelled my subscription, Synoptik refunded me for my unused contact lenses (a number of months' worth). Instead of refusing, they had a great customer-centric attitude. This is really good service - I will certainly recommend them to others.

Very unpleasant experienced at…

Very unpleasant experienced at Helsingør Synoptik Department , one of the lady working there absolutely don’t know what is a good customer service is! We paid 7,400 kr for a pair of glasses so atleast give us a good service!

I am sad to say that I am very unhappy…

I am sad to say that I am very unhappy with my experience with Synoptik, mostly due to bad information flow from their side. I have had a membership for less than a year, and been in regular dialogue with them regarding my membership ever since. I got billed monthly via post, so I decided to call them and register for an automatic online payment service. I am told that the only thing I need to do is register and that I don’t have to think about it more. I received no information that this might take up to two months to go through, my bank haf to tell me this when I called them after receiving a letter from inkasso charging me a 1000 dkk for missing the payments. I never even received a letter in my eboks or post about those missing payments up until then. Naturally I became upset for this unneccessary bill as I would have expected correct and more information flow from their side before it had to come to this. I called them to explain the situation but they do not acknowledge their mistake and tell me that the case has simply been closed. I then had to wait two weeks for a phonecall from their headquarters where they were not willing to discuss this matter any further. This is something which I would call structural exploitation, and I have now finally cancelled my subscription.
