All staffs are friendlyand helpful
All staffs are friendly, polite and helpful especially Amy from the Reception. I have 3 Minis past years and really enjoy my driving . I had my service and MOT yesterday which was good. Deposit not paid back
I went to view a BMW M440i gran coupe and placed a deposit with the caveat that it’ll be returned for any reason I may have. I later notified them I’ll no longer be purchasing the vehicle as I found a cheaper option at another BMW dealership and asked to refund my deposit. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve still not got my deposit back and no one is picking up my calls. Horrible customer service, I would definitely recommend visiting the Borehamwood branch as the customer service there is not only welcoming and friendly but they care to follow up with you afterwards regardless of whether you purchased a vehicle.
I’m not even going to go into the way one of the sales person spoke to me. Massive contrast to the Borehamwood dealership.

Paul Trotter, Jamie Moseley & Richard Banks
Jamie & Richard, both made my BMW experience really amazing. They had arranged some major engine works and a full service on my car and the day I was told it was ready, they had my car - washed & hoovered it and had it all ready for me. While I was drinking coffee, in the amazing customer lounge area !! ....and even the reception staff, were all very courteous and offered me, coffee, biscuits and other refreshments. Sytner Chigwell BMW are really amazing. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Last but not by anyway, least, Paul Trotter, stepped in, when I was about to make payment, and even offerred, some management discount, due to me having to wait an extra day for the completion of the works, my car needed. Five Stars to all the staff at Sytner Chigwell BMW.............Thanks for everything.

Thank you for fixing my problems - Great service
I would like to Thank you Ricki Henry for making time to book my car into repair after I told him I lived an hour away. For double checking me EGR cooler and valve which was a recall job to be working fine. I went in because I thought this was the problem throwing dpf errors and all sorts of air mass issues as they all interlink which is a nightmare.
I would like to Thank Richard for his expertise and assistance today in resolving the issue and identifying the exhaust back pressure pipe and sensor. I thought the dpf sensor and back exhaust pressure sensor was the same but for the BMW X3 F25 this is not the case. These words are used interchangeably on the internet.
I would like to Thank Reggie for doing a good job with the EGr cooler and valve recall
Overall Excellent service customer service, troubleshooting diagnostics and fixing the problem. No more forced dpf regens on the motorway and harm to the engine and dpf because of this problem
I always use google review and trust pilot to pick my preferred mechanic this is why I made my way to Loughton. This is definitely worth the journey to get reliable trustworthy good service.
