Sytner BMW Leicester Experience
Our initial experience at Sytner BMW Leicester was very refreshing and then we met Daniel Rees and it went to a different level. Dan was exceptional in the way he helped us with our initial query all the way through to our purchase. This included researching all available types of tyres for the X1, because I wanted run flat tyres. We felt so confident and comfortable with the whole process of part exchanging our Mercedes and purchasing a new X1, because of the help and assistance we received from Dan. We have experienced the very best in customer service from Daniel Rees and we will certainly recommend Sytner BMW Leicester to our family and friends. Thank you Dan for everything you’ve done for us and especially for making Lisa’s Birthday complete by sorting her personalised number plate.

Over many many years and visits I have…
Over many many years and visits I have to say that not all my experiences at Sytner Leicester have been positive, some far from it. Despite that I have remained loyal to the brand and dealership. My most recent visit was only for an MOT but I did leave with a positive rather than negative feeling which I am pleased to offer feedback on.
In particular I want to highlight a member of staff named Naadir. His attitude, manner and personality was a notable difference in comparison to others I have met in the past. Friendly, helpful, polite and a credit to the service department.

Great overall experience
Very smooth sales and handover processes. The team listened to my thoughts and requirements. There were a few minor issues after taking delivery of the car but these were handled and resolved well by the team. Arranging finance was easy.

Professional staff
Denil Chauhan was professional right from my first contact with the Leicester dealership.
He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, always returning my calls and went the extra mile to make sure the car was perfect upon collection.
Overall i have been impressed with BMW staff having been with another German for over 25 years.

Fantastic service from Rob Harding at Leicester BMW
I had an amazing experience from start to finish dealing with Rob Harding at the Leicester BMW Sales Team. He handled all my inquiries professionally, swiftly, and in a truly friendly manner.
Everything leading up to the collection was seamless. On the day, Rob was incredibly thorough; he provided a detailed walk-around of the car and ensured I had no unanswered questions before leaving.
What impressed me most was how he managed his time. Even though he was clearly very busy, he juggled his responsibilities perfectly and made sure everyone was well-looked after. It was a genuine five-star service, and I wouldn't hesitate to return for another car based on how well Rob handled everything.

Great Customer Service Throughout
I collected my X3 M40i from Sytner Leicester recently. There was a delay before collection because the workshop found an issue that needed fixing. At the time I was frustrated, but looking back I’m glad they took the time to sort it properly instead of rushing the car out.
Lee kept me updated throughout and helped arrange a hire car while I waited, which made things much easier.
I’ve had the car for a little while now and I’m really pleased with it. Thanks to Lee and everyone at Sytner Leicester BMW for their help.

Dealt with an unexpected and inconvenient MOT failure very well. They lent us a car overnight to get home and Meah made sure the repair was carried out first thing so we could get our car back at a suitable time the next day.

Recall Visit
Car was recalled for a faulty air bag and within 5 days of receiving the letter I was booked and all sorted, really simple and easy process. Imran kept in contact with me to keep me updated on timings and was very professional when I came in to collect the car. Love the complimentary wash and vacuum as well. Due to where I live I don’t get to visit BMW often and normally take to my local garage so coming here felt like a luxury!

Mia was appointed to my car issue mid journey, at which point my experience had been very mixed. However, she kept me up to date with every step, contacting me when she said she would and managed my concerns and expectations with warm professionalism. She was a joy and is a credit to BMW Mini.
