- Dale, technician, for carrying out the necessary repair; also for the very clear and informative health video and related monitoring advice.
- Lisa Blythe, for coordinating with the workshop, keeping me informed on the ongoing job status and promptly returning the car with the completed admin.
Sytner Sheffield is my go to BMW servicing centre and I recommend them completely.

I received excellent service from Chaneice Allen last year when I bought my new car. From start to finish she was patient, understanding and genuine. I was delighted with the results of the MOT especially the video which showed if there was any work to be done and some options for this to be completed.
My car passed the MOT after a few adjustments and great aftercare.
