Car booked in following a recall letter, very professional and courteous staff, nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above just rectifying my car. I was kept updated at all times of progress and a car welfare check was completed then sent to me. The car was even washed before being returned to me. I can genuinely say that I highly recommend Sytner Mini Sheffield

Excellent customer service from Scott who conducted a major service, vehicle check, starter motor service recall and mot on my BMW. Very quick service considering the amount of work that had to be done, during one visit to Sytner Sheffield.
Very pleasant staff and the feedback I received on the work, carried when finished was very thorough, with any questions or concerns I had being addressed by the mechanic.
Also, the after care received when needed too was excellen, the customer service staff very quick at responding to my query. I am very happy with the high quality service I recieve from Sytner BMW Sheffield and am a regular returning customer.

I love my BMW X2!
Buying my recent BMW from Sytner Sheffield, was a truly great experience made particularly good by Jayna Mistry, the excellent salesperson, who found the perfect car for me. She quickly worked out what it was I wanted in my new car and found it. The whole experience was a pleasure and I felt totally confident I was getting my purchase right, which is a big thing when spending a large sum of money. It was a very professional service. Third Mini from Sytner Sheffield
The reason we are on our third Mini is due as much to the people at Sytner Sheffield as to the car. It only took two weeks from an initial call asking us if we were interested in changing our Mini to driving away in a brand new Cooper S convertible. The whole experience was seamless and Sarah was fantastic at every point of the purchase. We also dealt with Dan, who explained different finance options and then met Andy who thanked us for our business - you can tell that everybody takes pride in representing Sytner and Mini.
