My car an A180 was booked in for a steering software upgrade at your Newcastle premises. This was completed with no issues. I asked for a valuation for my car, this is when things went awry. The sales person could not accept that i did not want HP or a PCP for my potential purchase of your stock vehicle AO22YZH an EQA260 . My car was stated to be very well kept, low mileage (34,000) but supposedly had potential paint issues, which it does not have. A Mercedes paint problem NOT visible on my car. Next the value given was £8000 and curtly followed by "and not a penny more". I had been offered £12000 and £11600 respectfully by 2 independent garages within 2 weeks of my visit. It had taken nearly an hour to reach the low offered price, their profit margins being far less than yours i am sure. Your slogan being "we want your Mercedes" did not hold true. I declined this offer and angrily left your premises. The experience being both condescending and derisory. Your products may be excellent, the salesperson less so. i would have given a zero star rating if it were possible.

Asked to drop the car off between 8-9am to find work on the car was not started until 2:30pm. Even hospitals have a morning and afternoon list for planned operations. A Morning without a car that could have been avoided. When the car was eventually handed back at 5pm it had not been washed as promised.
A £50 reduction in the invoice was given so credit to Sytner for acknowledging customers time is important. Regarding the car wash, don’t offer something that will not be given.

Have dealt with Sytner over the past 12 years. On this occasion I sold a car to them, The process was managed professionally and competently throughout by James Courtney and his colleagues with a fair price given.

I am not an easy person and was completely dissatisfied with my new Bentley Continental Hybryd. It is the most poorly designed car since the Ford Edzel. Having to open the bonnet to charge the battery with crocodile clips is rediculous in this day and age. I complained, Paul did not blink an eye and achieved a feat I would have said was impossible, he managed to sell me a Bentaga Speed in place of the continental. Hats off to Paul

Absolutely shocking customer service from both Audi Wakefield and Audi UK. Avoid at all costs.

The entire experience we have received has caused significant stress and anxiety for both myself and my husband. We have had 3 weeks of hell and been unable to focus on anything else, as I have been driving an unsafe vehicle that could have endangered my life and that of my family due to system errors which I was unaware of until the car malfunctioned at 40 mph. I am now extremely hesitant to drive the car again and am very dissatisfied with the overall situation, from the vehicle's faults to the service I received regarding the hire car.

The whole customer experience from Audi Wakefield, the Audi customer service team has been appalling each person you speak to says the other person is lying!!!!

This is our replacement car from a previous brand new A5 which had the same faults we was mis sold the car as we was advised all issues have been resolved. Nobody will take ownership of the issues.
