I had Tapco attend my property to provide a damp survey - the guy was lovely and really helpful. When I got my report it highlighted several issues which I had expected and I asked Tapco to do the works ASAP as I wanted it fixed before I went on holiday. I was very impressed with the guys who did the work and they tidied up after themselves - very impressed. The damp proof plastering is working well & I have the guarantee for peace of mind! I have recently had the most horrendous and worrying experience, after a serious attack of Dry Rot was found at my house in Croydon.Thankfully Tapco HomeDry was recommended to me by a work colleague, and they carried out a very thorough survey and sent me a detailed report on what was needed to eradicate it. Following my acceptance, the experienced Tapco technicians carried out every aspect of the work to a very high standard. My wife and I really were not looking forward to having the damp proofing works carried out at our new house because it included removing a lot of plaster and breaking up parts of the concrete floors. Fortunately we chose Tapco HomeDry who were very professional from start to finish. The technicians were very exoerienced, thorough and clean and Emma and Ella in the office were always very helpful. Not the cheapest but the best, you get what you pay for. Well done Tapco.

Tapco has recently completed damp proofing works and timber treatment at my house in Cranleigh and I can't praise them enough. David, Michael and Ben who carried our the work were polite, helpful, tidy and did a great, professional, five star job. Tapco have agreed to conduct analysis of issue at no charge

I had damp treatment work done in 2015, prior to moving. Tapco's prices were very expensive relative to their competitors however it seemed warranted as they offered a significant Guarantee - 25 years.
There's now an issue, 18 months later and now I can't get Tapco back - they want a deposit of £140 before they will visit. Their terms claim a nominal fee is required - I don't believe £140 is nominal and equals around 10% of the value for the initial repair - I feel ripped off to say the least and intend on taking the matter further legally.

We have used Tapco on various sites in central London over the last two years and they have provided a thoroughly professional and effective service. They are reliable, cost effective and they do what it says on the box! Rare indeed!

The teams were polite, helpful, and efficient at all works involved. We had a significant amount of plaster taken off the walls and the team did all they could to keep the dust down, even putting up a clever improvised air lock in place to protect the kitchen/food prep area.

Following payment, the paperwork and guarantees were forwarded almost immediately.

I guess having been in this work industry for nearly 40 years they do know their business inside out and we felt we were in safe hands.

Excellent quality and speed of work, let down a little by a lack of acknowledgment of poor communication by the managing director. Other staff in the office were very helpful, as were the guys on site.

Tapco Homedry provided a comprehensive and useful report on the causes of the dampness and condensation in one of our flats that allowed the flat owner to proceed with the most appropriate remedial work.

Just had various bits of damp-proofing done to my flat. The work was done on time and to a very high standard. Although the place was a bit of building site during the work - as you'd expect - it was left immaculate! Impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
