All of what was needed to fix the problem was explained carefully and then the work carried out efficiently and without delay.
It was expensive (I've no idea what I should have expected to pay) - but I feel reassured that the work has been done to a very high standard and despite hoping I'll never need to - I would use Tapco again.

I've used Tapco twice now for damp issues and each time they have done what they said they would - and ahead of schedule. They offer a very professional service and everyone I've dealt with has been really helpful. They are quick to respond - whether on phone or email and every question is answered thoroughly. I know damp work can be expensive so I was very aprehensive when I commisioned the work first time - but I made the right choice and had no hesitation the second time round.

It was a very messy business and pretty disruptive but the Tapco team arrived ready for work every morning and set about getting the job done. They were hard working, professional and polite and finished the job in exactly the time estimated. I highly recommend them. One small quibble - asking for an upfront payment for the initial quotation fee was a bit irritating though I can see they are trying to avoid time-wasters. Other companies didn't charge to come out and quote and it would be better if Tapco reviewed this practice.

The Tapco surveyor was very thorough, helpful and informative, explaining clearly what the problems were and what work was required to rectify them. Following his survey we have received a very detailed report and we will be using them to carry out their recommendations!

I have been battling with the source of damp in my property for several years, with various conflicting opinions, yet within 5 minutes of Tapco checking the situation they could show and explain to me what the problem was. They gave a prompt quote and thorough, professional service from both a practical and administrative point of view. They came recommended to me and I would recommend them too. Very satisfied.

I've used Tapco twice now for damp-proofing a wall and also damp proofing an entire basement storage space using a membrane system. They are very reliable and punctual, and the work has been to a high standard (so far no damp!). This sort of work needs to be done properly and I would highly recommend Tapco to do it.

We had overall a good experience with Tapco. We have used them twice now. For external rendering and damp proofing. They got back to us quickly when we made an enquiry and sent us the information we required. Sometimes we have found their information a bit confusing but that is probably because we are not experts in damp proofing/rendering and had difficulty understanding exactly what services they were supplying to us for which parts of the house.
They also gave us a 5% discount which we appreciated. Overall we had a good experience and Ms Ela Serban was very helpful.

I used Tapco to investigate some areas of potential damp in a property. The areas concerned turned out not to be damp and it was refreshing to work with a company that were honest about this - being no expert myself, they could have quite easily been dishonest and I would have believed them!
Tapco did do some work to another area in that property and were very detailed and knowledgeable in their explanation of the cause of the issue and what would need to be done to resolve it. Communication with the office was smooth and hassle free. The workers arrived promptly, did a good job and left the property in clean and tidy as they found it. Very impressed!
