How to STOP yourselves from months of anguish!!

I am actually writing this as I have been waiting for over 48 hours for the MD to respond to a query that started in July, he promised to look into it and has since disappeared. That is how bad this gets. I am writing this reluctantly, as I do not normally jump onto Trustpilot to moan, but I feel I owe it to other parents who might be looking for a rental property next year, that it is best to avoid this Agency at all costs…..if indeed they are an Agency at all. In fact the word Agency is from medieval Latin word of agentia, from agent- means ‘doing’....Tassi just DON'T.
The hassle I have had trying to get them to respond to an email, be that the Manager, Director or even the Managing Director is awful............as an agency you would like them to pride themselves on good communication skills and a modicum of customer service skills, but nope!........this is not the case here.
I would avoid this agency with a very long barge pole. They seem to have found a position where ignoring emails is the acceptable norm, they choose not to even answer emails and the Student Lettings Team in Nottingham are just void of offering anything considered to be close to good service.
I am trying to get them to collect a soiled/dirty mattress that was left from the previous tenancy, they said they would get it collected on 5th October 2022 and it is still under the stairs at the property, despite it being a health risk. So if you want to avoid months of chasing, frustration and chasms of anguish, then AVOID this agency…………..we are still in this mess, and you can avoid getting doing the same. I hope this helps you.
