Be careful buyers you will pay high import duty fee by DHL

Very good in all aspects.
The info, the pictures, the updates by email about the delivery.
And most of all, how the packaging was sent.

lies upon lies, been waiting for a refund for 5 weeks, keep being told its being done but it hasnt! I find it so dishonest to be lied to each and every time. Do not use this company! They are extremely unprofessional

Ordered the snoopy lamp from Tattahome and have it shipped to Hong Kong.
The team has been very helpful and responsive to any questions I have, fast delivery.

Ordered a coffee machine . After realising the delivery service of 6 weeks plus and a non compliant plug .I cancelled the order . Still no refund and no reply’s to my emails 5 weeks later . Now 5 weeks and despite several emails have still not receive a refund .

Positive shopping experience so far! 4 orders placed.
Great selection of goods, with good prices.
Minor issue is the leading time from order placement to delivery which can be long but items always arrived impeccable and in the correct mentioned time period.

Very bad experience with this vendor.
Order never acknowledged or confirmed for weeks after placing order. Due to zero communications I placed a second and third order thinking the first 2 did not go through successfully as my credit card was not debited either. Suddenly all 3 got confirmed and then I understood that they were out of stock. If so why didn’t they say so each time I placed the order.
And Andrew from support Center sent me e mails that were contradictory and was just going through the motions without checking the facts and the chronology of events and messages that took place before he sent e mails to me.
I will never order from Tatahome again.
It’s obvious there is no oversight on the order integrity of their processes nor the conduct of their customer service personnel whatsoever.
Here is an e mail I sent to Andrew which will explain my frustration and dissatisfaction.

“As I informed your previously, I ordered it again on 25 Dec because there was zero communication from you about my first order placed on 4 Dec.
And I sent you e mail to cancel the second order and you confirmed to me not once but twice that it will be cancelled and refunded.

And suddenly I get 2 e mails on the same day telling me both orders have shipped.

Please read your own emails sent to me before you send me any more contradictory and confusing e mails.”

Waited 10 weeks for a item that was ment to be 3/5 weeks ,at that point I asked for my money to be returned as they still couldn't say when it was going to be delivered, waited 17 days for a refund, still not received anything after numerous emails ,my bank has now refunded the money and they are going to the company to deal with it.
I would never order anything from this company again

I was pleased with my dealings with customer service. I had ordered an item and the next day wanted to add an item hopefully to be shipped at the time so that I only had the one shipping charge. I was told yes and appreciated the accomodation. Also, my daughter was thrilled to get the items because they were unavailable from any other place we looked.

The package arrived two months later… But items are in good condition. Black matte color is difficult to get

ORDERED A NICE RAG WITH TATTAHOME END 2025. 6 WEEKS DELIVERY TIME WAS ANNOUNCED AND FINALLY I GOT RAG DELIVERED IN WEEK 20!
REASON WHY I HAVEN`T CANCELED MY ORDER WAS MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE REALLY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THE FINAL DELIVERY WAS 100% ACCURATE AND SPEEDY VIA EXPRESS. FINALLY I LOVE THE RAG AND SUITS BRILLIANT IN MY LIVING ROOM.

Very poor customer service do not by their appliances they send you non compliant USA electric plugs, a total waste of US $!

I placed and paid for an order of €260 on January 14, but the company has neither delivered the order nor refunded my money.

I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with them

Unfortunately, after receiving damaged items in my shipment I have been subjected to empty promises to make it right. I asked for equivalent value in replacements and was told the shipping was too high. I paid shipping and customs fees that equaled the value of the damaged items. They then promised to provide a refund. I waited over 2 weeks and nothing but more assurances. I stated that I would escalate a chargeback with my credit card but that didn’t cause them to refund me. I am now forced to chargeback. This is a very difficult company to deal with if anything goes wrong. I would suggest buying elsewhere. The enticing prices get obliterated by customs fees, the really long wait times lead to that uneasy feeling and customer service isn’t much more than lip service.

Communication was very good.
When I had a query and emailed they got back to me the same day.
Delivery was also quick with a reliable company.
