Ordered superdry top on next day delivery just before easter didn't get delivered because of easter bank holiday complained but tdf got straight back to me and refunded my money top was to small so needed bigger size refunded my money straight away again and i re ordered next size up excellent service and would definitely recommend will be ordering more stuff shortly

Received 'out for delivery' email on Mon, by Weds still no parcel. Tried calling, was told three times by 'reception' that no customer services advisors were available and that an urgent call back message had been logged. Nobody called or emailed. Awful customer service.

Tried contacting them with no reply by email! I made an order to collect in store and they have not even bothered to contact me to tell me it's arrived or not. Won't be using again! On their site it says we aim to reply to emails the same working day I emailed 3 days ago and yesterday. No reply 👍🐍

We bought this jacket for our grand daughter and was a little concerned about the size starting at medium as she is tall and very slim, we need not have worried the jacket fits beautifully and she is delighted with it. It is a well made garment and is wonderful colours.
