I needed to return a top I have bought for my son for Christmas. I was way out of the 14 days return policy as my son didn't let me know he didn't like the design down the sleeve until well into January (hes old enough to know better) but TDF did refund my money and I have since bought him another one he is happy with.

Bad service
I ordered a jacket on Friday for my boyfriends birthday wasn't as much as emailed to say I wasn't getting it only got an email from PayPal to say I had been refunded. Ridiculous to the fact I now have nothing for his birthday when it's in 2 days. Disgraceful.

Ordered a Lacoste Long Sleeve t shirt - which was listed as in stock. Immediately after the transaction I was refunded by PayPal because of an error on there Web page.
Don't always trust products to be in stock.
