Great customer service
I contacted Technology Outlet customer service because of a problem I had with my 3D printer SD card reader. I received prompt response from James Bell who explained to me in simple terms what I needed to do to sort out the problem as I am not very good with computer systems this was great service. I would recommend this company.

Brought a Creality K1 printer
Brought a Creality K1 printer, it had a issue, Emailed support and after a few emails between me and Myles Lightfoot from support he identified a hot end fault, sent a replacement that day that arrived next day and has fixed the issue. excellent customer service

I had a problem with my 3D printer and contacted Technology Outlet. They guided me through what information required. They had the part I needed and sent straight away. James Bell was great and acted immediately. I also buy my my other parts from them and the delivery is always very quick. This is a great company and always use them.

i ordered from the website
i ordered from the website, then my payment was rejected. shortly after i received a text claiming to be from my bank. the number is not from my bank it is a mobile phone number associated with scam callers pretending to be from banks. A bank will not text you from a standard mobile phone number. 07428036224 the text was asking me to reply with a yes or no if it was me making the payment. my bank never does this. avoid this website completely. ive reported it to the police and my bank and frozen my card.

Hi Peter, I am looking at the payment gateway on our website now and I can see 2 failed payments for a Creality CR-M4. I can't see any information after that unfortunately so I am not sure who would have been trying to contact you. Although it useful to know that banks do text you asking for confirmation with YES/NO in some cases but I cant say for sure what number this would come from.
We are not a scam company. We have been trading for a number of years with over 60,000 happy customers.
So fast and helpful
I asked for a question and got more than what I was looking for very quickly.
