A good computer, fantastic price, good communication and fast delivery. The only disappointing thing is that the all in one computer is silver and white and it was sent with an all black key board and mouse.

Very happy with my purchase. The item arrived in great condition (Grade A) and looks brand new. I tested it for a week and everything works smoothly. Communication with the company was excellent, delivery was speedy, and the item was well packaged. Couldn’t ask for more — thank you from a happy customer!

Purchased and paid for a PC, sold by TEKshop. Order processed and confirmed, 4 days later I have an email from TEKshop with a refund processing as ‘no longer in stock’, check the web page of third party seller and their own, clearly in stock, contact the market place (well known trade name), confirm in stock and will be delivered within a few days. Check website clearly there and in stock but is now £150 more. Contacted TEKshop, thinking this must be an error? No.. confirmed they have the item in stock but cannot sell it at the price (in sale) so cancelled it and readvertised at higher price whilst still holding my funds.
Informed legally by them they can do this as not been dispatched so no contract of sale, no good will gesture, admission in stock but they cancelled it.
Morally and ethically this is very wrong, very wrong. I tracked this on the website and with their £50 off new customers, they were happy to behave this way for £90 difference, I appreciate businesses need to make money, but this is so very wrong.
I have reported it to trading standards and asked that your trading names are added to resolver, this is not how businesses should operate, in fact it is disgraceful.

I've not used the Chromebook for long, a few days, but it was bought as a replacement for an identical one I had that I broke! I needed it desperately for the next day for work and it was delivered within 24hrs of me ordering ( I live in Cornwall) and it was £70 cheaper than other places. Perfect, brand new, great. I can't comment on their after service as it's not been necessary but hope it won't be. Thank to them, they saved me from a sticky situation with my job:)

What could be better than ordering a device, which is then delivered quickly, works as it should, plus a person replying to a phone enquiry, not a robot. Nothing in the purchasing business can be better than that. The price was also reasonable. It's a TV which TekShop sourced from Argos but I couldn't find it in Argos. There's a similar model without a TV tuner but I wanted proper aerial support and didn't find the model TekShop supplied. Maybe TekShop had bought them all.

Excellent service. Really pleased with the product, swift delivery and even better than described. Would use again!

I don't feel I can give an excellent review due to the marks on the base being more than I expected but delivery, communication and the running of the pc so far has been great.

They did what they said on their site for next day delivery and sold at a reasonable price too

Last minute Christmas gift. Was delivered prompltly by DPD the next day. Went for the open box option, was hesistant as it was a gift. No problems at all, perfectly packed, inside everything was as it would be if bought brand new, just looked like the box had been opened. Saved lots of money and recipient is none the wiser! I had a problem with a laptop after 10 months of use I spoke to Paul and I sent it back on Monday, they uptime that it had arrived, repaired and dispatched… it was back on Friday… today J

Really good value, pristine condition, easy ordering, efficient (really quick delivery). So far really pleased. Christmas gift so real tell will be when we set it up on Christmas Day.

Update - this gift went down really well on Christmas Day and teenager has been using it non-stop since. She loves it. The condition, the layout, accessibility etc very pleased with this purchase and would definitely use Tekshop again.
