It’s a joke

The worst company I’ve ever had experience with. It has almost been a month that we can’t get internet in the house, the technician came to install it 2 weeks after we have already been charged for a month of it and even after the installation the speed is 400 kB.
The customer support are useless, everything is said to be done ‘tomorrow’ and nothing happens unless you call them 5 times a day every day. My job depends on my availability online and I have been in a very uncomfortable situation not having internet at home. Very disappointed and annoyed, what a waste of time

Big time scammers!!

My parents both seniors both not into technology have been paying for 200mbps for years, it was until last week when I came to visit them that I started to check their speed, guess what?! They receive 4mbps, yes you read it correctly, 4!!!!!!
I have reported it multiple times, and they keep closing the ticket over and over, they had the NERVE to tell me that the promo says up to 200 mbps which means everything is fine because up to 200 means from 0.1 - 200, and they are receiving 4!!!! What a scam!!! it is heartbreaking how they are taking advantage of their costumers during a pandemic, oh btw my dad is a teacher!!! He has suffered what a teacher shouldn't be suffering to keep up with his job and trying to give the best service to his students with only 4mbps!!!
Shameless company! No wonder why the owner is one of the richest men on earth!
If you scam your clients like that over and over, then yeah! You'll get rich!

this is the worst company in the world!
i'm sick and tied talk with your support without respond of real people!
worst service ever in my life in 30 countries here at Jalisco. I'm spending hours to try to talk with support on telmex site... they answer as robots only. never get any real help.
when I'm asking to send anyone to my location they disconnected or just stop understang english at all.
I'm actually network professional and trying to advice how to help fix connection. no way. they always know better and just don't do anything.
my internet works very bad. never had 20 mb of download how they pretend. never had even 10 mb real speed. they like dummy showing speed test website and ignored any connection disconnections times!!!
and 4 month can't upload anything!!! when I'm trying to upload anything internet just stucked. even if my mail program connected to server internet stucks...
I'm paying you already long time for nothing.
if I have a chance to find another provider in my area will be deffinitely finish contract with you.

Worst service I've every experienced in…

Worst service I've every experienced in my life I just moved from the United States to Mexico and I got telmex I needed a service to work from home . When I first signed up I said I only wanted Netflix and internet lady said yeah that's fine... than I find it I have telephone line I try to call to see if they can fix that error and I kid you not I called 17xs that day and all they did was transfer me around and hang up on me so I had no other choice than to pay my bill since I needed the internet for work. 2nd month my internet service went out for 9 days I called once again all they kept saying was oh we're working on it or hang up on me again and again and I finally ended just getting mega cable and I tried to go cancle made me wait 2 hrs 30 min outside in the sun while they took everyone else in since I was there to cancle they just left me on the side mind you their was 4 other people waiting to and there was a guy who had give 3 xs already and that told me that he's been without service for 6 months and they won't let him cancle and that they still kept charging him Full price. Of and they never told me I was on a contract or anything to me. So when I went to cancle they said I would have to pay 1300 and I told them no. .. check your recordings for calls I never got mentioned I was going in a contract. So they didn't let me cancle he said I had to come back again because he had to put a notice and that took 2/3 days. Also took money from my card before bill was Evan due when I never authorized them to do auto pay . I try to get my money back and they said it was not possible. So as of right now I paid a month that I didn't even have service for half of the month and supposedly they were supposed to wave me the time I didn't have service which never happened because they charge me the full 579 from my card so if you're thinking of getting telmex please rethink it again it's the worst of the worst customer service company internet you can ever go to!!!! SO DON'T DO IT!!!

After waiting 20 days for service to…

After waiting 20 days for service to repair a broke fiber optic line, they gave us 30 peso credit on a 600 peso monthly bill. Totally unacceptable! Customer service never tells the truth. They also guarantee service in 5 days....more lies. The speed on test is all over the map, and consistently drops to zero several times a day.
