Great Service
I work with TDS as an agent and we had an issue where we needed to change a landlord's name on a deposit - the query was dealt with very quickly and the staff (Robert) were very responsive and efficient.

Disaster company
Disaster company, with poor presentation, threatening customer services agents and poor IT portal. My Closed account is still attached to my email after 7 years, staff did not know how to remove or add account. Technical team refused to help CS team is threatening that I will loose my deposit if I didn't action.
