terrible anti-landlord organisation. their life expectancy for carpets and decorations etc. are totally unrealistic. all landlords should boycott TDS.

Re. my review you have asked that i contact you. my complaint in particular references TDS estimated life expectancies as i made clear! this is TDS position:

which is totally unrealistic. eg decorations 3-5 years! and flooring as low as two years! where do these silly estimates derive? are they going to be reviewed? why isnt condition factored in? its not just about age!

Who built this platform????
I was signed up to this scheme a month before vacating a property, without any communication about the change.
None of the login options work with any of the information that I was spammed with from them and I literally have no idea of how to get my deposit back.
The site is an absolute UX nightmare and I can only assume this is by design. Of course, the only login that does work is the one were they want to try and sell me a move out clean!
Absolute joke.
