When I have posed questions about my order 13448362-0, I tend to get very quick responses, but the answers are puzzling. I ordered a listed generator from their site on 10/23/20 and the company has many stores around Ontario and elsewhere. I have received several notices about postponed deliver dates where now it is expected to arrive about 2 months from the purchase date. Two months! When I asked what the problem was the reply was the problem is with the supplier.
So, the listed product is there of the web site but really their supplier is not reliable or out of stock. Two months for a supplier to give them an item before it can be sent to the purchaser? King Canada HQ is in nearby Dorval Quebec.
So, they list what they do not have. The company that supplies the product is apparently unable to supply it, or perhaps just does not have one. I ordered this generator for winter countryside woodlot activities, and perhaps I will get it mid-way through winter or in the spring. Not happy about the delays, or with advertising things that they do not have.

Purchased some Kleton blue 400 lbs casters. I was absolutely shocked to see them arrived a mere few days later (DICOM did not disappoint)! These casters are as described and seem exceptionally solid and well built! I cannot be happier with the overall TENAQUIP online shopping experience! I give them my highest recommendation!

I ordered a product in September. It was said to be in stock. Then the purchase price was refunded to my account and advised the order was cancelled. Then they take the money again. All in the take the du SA and then credit them back another three times. Then three days ago they take funds out again. I finally receive my order today!
