Too many back oeder. Long lead times for items.

Quick turn around from order to arrival at our location. The free shipping aspect is definitely an added bonus. Helps to keep costs down.

I recently ordered hazardous waste bag from Tenaquip. The order was place on October 2, 2020 and was out for delivery on October 5, 2020. Until now, I still haven't receive my order. They are using Diacom to deliver the package. Bad delivery company. Will not order anything from Tenaquip. Customer service was NOT helpful in tracking the package.

Tenaquip has been an excellent supplier to Continental Conveyor. Prices are completive and deliveries normally are next day (unless I am requesting covid related items). Staff friendly and knowlegeable.

Jennifer and Dave are excellent company representatives and help us with all of our supply needs.

Our rep is very helpful, communicates regarding back orders and alternative products. We receive our orders in a timely manner, in perfect condition.

Placed an order on September 1, by September 22 they still had not shipped the items and didn't know when the items would be available to ship.

They told me they would get back in touch after contacting the vendors but didn't and left me wondering what was going on (again) and won't cancel the order without restocking fees.

However, they most definitely placed holds on my credit card for the amount of items purchased.

If I can give 0 stars, I will not give one star. I bought a disposable medical mask named "MEDICAL GRADE Cb PROCEDURAL FACE MASK" from this website. However, I received a product that was completely inconsistent with the product description. There is NO ANY relevant information on the product box, like 3-ply polypropylene construction, Latex-free, 99% BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency), and FDA-approved, it also stated that standards are met ASTM Level 2,.. .HOWEVER, I can only see the Chinese word "Non-Medical" at the bottom of the product!!!!!
I was very angry and contacted them. They only replied that there was no problem with the product and sent me the attached spec sheets that didn't even match the product name. When I contacted them again, there was no response. This is my WORST experience. Please be cautious when buying products on this website.

I just want to mention I dealt with Miracle Pope, from the time of our first conversation to order pylons for our school Miracle was so helpful and kind she was able to give me all the information I needed, and saw that we got the pylons on the next day of ordering. I feel she went beyond the call of duty in her position at Tenaquip it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Miracle.

Working with Dawn, is so easy and even a pleasure. She is very professional and quick thinking when we go for similar items or replacing items, very helpful and patience ... really appreciate her constant support and help ... really do not mind too much the extra timing for deliveries, I know we will have it when we need it.

Have been 4/5 in the past, in stock items delivered in days. Now 3/5, that deliveries have been taking two weeks or more for in stock items, organizing and planning of work with available resources from Tenaquip needs to be re-thought, or need to source from another vendor where items are more readily available.

I dont like the fact that you can not have the product shipped to your local store for pick up. So I had it shipped to my house. I was told on the phone if I place the order before 4pm eastern it would go out the same day. I placed the order at noon and it did not go out the same day and hoping it goes out the next day.

order made on 15th still not shipped on 30th do not buy from this useless company

This is only a parfum, does not clean anything, not the mold or any other contaminants....
Smell will come back after 3 weeks.
