Simply terrible service. I placed an order a long time in advance indicating that I needed to receive it before a certain date (2 and a half weeks after placing the order) and it was delay after delay asking for confirmations that I had already sent in writing and I even called by phone to give them and they promised me After so much waste of time, I was going to receive the order in two days and it ended up arriving after 5 days. I complained and they didn't care. Don't buy with them.

First and only review on this platform - Placed an order 8 days ago for a new racket and strings. Their customer service reached out to me saying the promotion code used was no longer valid and the order is on hold, I then made the payment in the same hour the email was received.

Fast forward to now 8 days later, item is still on hold with no shipment status. Highly inefficient logistics and mid/back office control.

Would HIGHLY recommend a different tennis retailer / better yet in person with the local tennis pro.

I recently had a terrible experience with TennisWarehouse that left us extremely disappointed for my sons collegiate sports purchase. Their customer service was subpar, to say the least. When we reached out to them about a defective product we got from them, they not only refused to take responsibility but also had the audacity to blame the college kids for the issue. It was clear that they did not stand behind their service or their products, which is unacceptable for a company in the retail industry.

I would strongly advise Against shopping at TennisWarehouse due to their lack of accountability and poor customer service.

For college kids, it even more is frustrating to spend your hard-earned money on a product only to receive something that is defective and then be treated poorly when seeking a resolution. The fact that they were quick to shift the blame onto me instead of addressing the issue speaks volumes about their integrity as a business.

Overall, my experience with TennisWarehouse was extremely negative, and I would caution others to steer clear of this store. It is disappointing to see a company prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and fail to uphold their end of the bargain. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere where you will be treated with respect and receive the quality service you deserve.

I recently called TW, because I had been living out of the country and I was back in the U.S. visiting. I knew I had had a store credit from six years ago, but it had been so long that the customer service agent named Nancy could not find my account at first. She eventually found it and told me that she would have to forward it to another department and get back to me. Normally, in my experience, something like this would just get lost in the busyness and I would not get a response. TW emailed me back the same day to my surprise and the next day they emailed me my store credit. Kudos to TW, very friendly and efficient.

Obviously from the number of complaints here (which I wish I had read before I ordered), this company has issues. I ordered an electronic gift certificate thinking it would arrive in short order. Hah! When I called the company to find out where it was 2 hours later, I was told it could take 24-48 hours because it has to go through 2 DEPARTMENTS! I have ordered dozens of electronic gift cards from other businesses and every single one arrived within an hour. This tells me several things, but primarily that I made a horrible mistake dealing with this company and will never do so again. They only got 2 stars because they actually had someone who answered the phone.

My story is pretty similar to some others. Ordered three demo rackets because I need to replace mine, one of which had cracked. They said it would take a couple of weeks, but several weeks later, the rackets never arrived and they had no idea when they might ship. Cancelled the order. These are popular rackets, and they must have some in stock. If the demo program is losing money the way it's run, then change how you run it. Don't promise demos and then just never send them. Now I start league play next week and I only have one racket and no idea what I should buy. (I'm a string breaker so that's not going to work.)

Terrible service. You can't get any info on your order. I'm waiting quite a lot for mine, I can get any info and don't know when it will come and will it come at all.

At the time I placed the order, the website said delivery would be in 4 days. It did not even ship until 5 days and arrived 7 days after the order. When I called on the fourth day, they said "our website is wrong and we know the delivery date information we give on strung racquets is incorrect". I asked if they know it is wrong, why are they willfully misleading customers vs fixing their site. The only response I kept on getting is their own website is wrong. They did nothing about it. Beware of this.

I was hesitant due to the bad reviews. I've ordered a racquet and it was stringed also. Arrived in 2 days, as notified when I made the purchase. The racquet and the stringing is perfect. Very happy.

Ordered my racket with stringing on 6/8/2023 was told that my credit card would not be charged until order as shipped. My card was charged on the very next day. I call their customer service line today(6/14/2023) and got a recording that says the best to get information on my order is with the online chat. Went to the web site to find out that the online chat option was greyed out. Called back and waited to speak to a rep and found out that as of today my racket still hasn't been strung yet. They advertise 2 Day shipping and then they hit you with a disclaimer that due to problems with UPS that their could be delays with your order. Just to review, I order my racket on 6/8, was charged on 6/9 and as of 6/14 it still hasn't been strung.

Tennis Warehouse used to be a great company, my primary source of tennis related issues for a number of years. Things changed. Around the time when they rolled out a pickleball business, both parts of the company became a mess. You can place an order on tennis warehouse, get a conformation from their pickleball branch. They messed up logins at some time, their estimates for lead time for demos are way off (be prepare to wait for months no matter what the initial estimate was). Someone in their management is on a mission of running a good company into the ground. Since 2022, I moved my purchases to their competitor. Enough is enough.

Second time ordering with TW now. Last time order was delayed with around 2 weeks. This time only a few days since initial estimates delivery but I see where this is going…

- Fedex are not updating they’re tools so the only feedback you get is “order delayed”. No new delivery dates or nothing.

I was promised one day shipping. Shipping information wasn't given until the second day. Then it was rescheduled for the third day. On the third day the shipper complained they couldn't get through the security gate (there isn't any - it was just a lie to delay the shipment). Tennis Warehouse said it was probably lost and shipped out another. They said they've had a lot of trouble with that shipping company. Why do they continue to use them? They've lost me as a customer forever.

Placed an order for a racquet and a few strings on Nov 28, that they claimed free 2-days shipping. However, they did not ship my order until Dec 13 with UPS and the delivery date is Dec 20. Where is the free two-day shipping? Why does it take 3 weeks to fulfill the order? Keep away from Tennis Warehouse. Tennis-point is much much better!

you can choose Hong Kong for destination, but they seems dont ship there, and they just refund(product cost) for no reason and you lost your shipping cost

LAST TIME BUYING FROM TENNIS WEARHOUSE EUROPE!!!!
I bought a pair of shoes from Tennis Wearhouse Europe and only after a month they where damaged quite bad. So I returned them back and few weeks latter I got an reply with message "not recognised as defective". I tried explaining with couple of (ping-pong) email but no chance, they don't even listen anymore, a total ignorance. Shoes are unwearable, unplayable only after a month and they don't care.

Quick turnaround, accurate execution.

I submitted my order on a Saturday for a new strung racquet. Got an email following Tuesday that my order had shipped. Got my newly strung racquet Thursday. Accurate, everything was perfect.

Ordered a racquet. Went on a weekend trip. Came back. Order still in the status of "Waiting to be shipped" 6 days after it's placed. Call the next day. After several minutes of hemming and hawwing rep says that they are currently working on filling orders placed 17 days ago. But "not to worry, yours will definitely be sent out by this weekend at the latest!" This weekend comes. I receive the following email:

"We are following up regarding your recent order with us. Our warehouse staff has concluded that an inventory error has occurred, and one or more items on your order are out of stock."

Yes, apparently 10 days after I placed my order it is suddenly discovered that I ordered something that was not in stock. It's clear that their live, specific quantity-in-stock indicator on their site factors in items that have been purchased but not actually shipped yet. Or it's just completely fake.

In either case, this company is trash and deserves to go out of business. I ordered the same racquet from Tennis Point (whose site looks even less polished than Tennis Warehouse's) and it the order was picked up by UPS today even though I placed my order late last night.

After all this, they didn't even cancel my order; they had the audacity to mark it as a status of 'Waiting' and date of 'Uncertain'. Avoid this seller at all costs.

I have purchased several items from tennis warehouse in the last two years.
I placed an order for a Yonex racket, strings and grip and found a coupon adding a discount on my order.
I got a confirmation on my order (with the discount) , then I wrote to verify the tension of my racket , I was sent an email back that they could not go ahead and accept my coupon, that it was supposed to be with a demo but the coupon did not specify that with a demo.
If the coupon went through on their website, they should honor the coupon.
I tried to call and had to wait on the phone for more than 30 minutes and afterwards the call was disconnected.
