The atmosphere was good, a little busy but it's had a recent refurbishment.
3 games was expensive compared to a few years back but a nice treat.

Fantastic experience
We visited with our 4 year old and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Food was good, staff were great
Food was good but very rushed. We got kicked off the lane as soon as we’d started to eat. It was busy so that’s understandable, and we were show to a table. Lauren on the desk was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure my daughter had an amazing birthday!!

Party host great food really bad
Booked the party for 6 people host was great only has 1 child left when came to 12 and machines turned of leaving last kid extreamly upset. Food was absolutely disgusting and no one ate it I ended up taking them all to mcdonalds after.

We came to Tenpin to play laser tag for our son’s birthday. We had a great time. We had the arena to ourselves and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back. The young girl that was looking after us was great too. Really helpful and great at her job. I didn’t catch her name.

Ok service
The service I had was great, however I realised I had paid for 4 games but only received 2? So we left not realising we were owed 4 games. The software at the venue doesn’t make it clear how many games we have.

Awful experience, awful staff, awful food.
Been here before and it was great, this time we went the staff were rude, food was awful and the staff did nothing but make us feel uncomfortable the whole time we were there. We had to show identification when we went in which had never happened before, unless we are wanting to buy alcohol from the bar then we should absolutely not have to show ID in order to have 2 games of BOWLING. won’t be coming here again. On top of this the security guy followed us round the entire night and had stood pretty much next to us the entire night.
