I used the same company during a trip with my girlfriend and it was just as perfect. No waiting at the airport, no shuttle to some faraway office — the car was ready for us right away, with clear instructions as soon as we landed.
The car was new, super clean, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in Mallorca!). Communication by email was fast and helpful. We really appreciated not having to stress about big deposits or hidden fees — everything was already included in the price, including full insurance.
This made our holiday so much smoother and more enjoyable. Definitely the best car hire experience I've had. I won’t use any other company in Mallorca!

We were so worried about hiring a car (in case we got ripped off in the end) that we almost didn’t hire a car. And we would’ve missed out on lots of stunning places in Mallorca if we didn’t. Terrys car hire was brilliant. We booked the car last
Minute, all the cost and paperwork sorted before we left. We arrived in Mallorca, no queues, just walked straight to the car park and got the car. Full of fuel and off we went. Air con and radio on. We got a Yaris and it was spotless. Returning the car was easy too. Will definitely recommend and will use Terrys car hire again. Thank you so much for a hassle and worry free car hire experience.

Bloody love Terry's Car Hire, have been hiring thru these guys for over a decade & they've never let me down.
You don't get the latest vehicle but you do get a clean air con car that does what it's supposed to do.
None of this stupid queuing at the airport with all the other mugs getting shafted with extras !
You collect your car from the multi storey car park, pay the parking cost & off you go & all you have to do is return the car with exactly the same amount of fuel that was in it when you collected the car.

I couldn’t recommend Terry’s Car Hire enough- superb service every time from start to finish. The key points are:
- Communication is fantastic and extremely efficient. They respond really quickly & nothing is too much trouble.
- Ease of use. All your paperwork and payment is done beforehand so by the time you arrive you just get in and go- no long queues and endless paperwork after your flight.
- Immaculate cars- the cars are always pristine, almost full/full tank of fuel (so no need to have to find a petrol station straight away) and handy leaflets of local attractions.
- Multiple drivers included- so one person doesn’t get stuck doing all the driving. Plus- booster & baby seats available saving you lugging it away with you.

We don’t even consider another company for car hire when travelling to Majorca and neither should you.

Another great rental experience. Everything straight forward. Great communication. Hassle free pick up and drop off. No queuing. Can definitely recommend!

We were looking for a hire company that would accommodate a late night pick up at 23.30pm. We were recommended Terry's and it was so easy. Car was waiting for us in the multi-story with clear pick up instructions. had to pay the car parking ticket to get out, but that was made clear before hand. Loved that there were not hidden charges (unlike other Majorca car hire companies we've used before). The car did seem older than other hire cars we've had but it came clean and we had no problems. Will be using them on our next visit.

We have been using Terrys Car Hire service for over 25 years. We have never had a problem during all these years. The cars are well presented. Collection and return is simple, quick an efficient. Staff are pleasant, compentent and thoughtful. IN all; a supberb service!

It was trouble free. We have used them before and will continue to use them again. Last time 2 cars this time 3 with different requirements in terms of timings for arrival and car seats etc. Their communication was great even when one credit card booking did not go through as planned and everything was as expected. Pick and drop off a dream rather than queueing.

After a very successful 3 day car hire, we returned the car to the office ,( where we had picked it up from ) As we had no other way to get back to our hotel we asked if somebody could call a taxi for us , this was met with some surprise " we don't do that that's not our job " was the response we recieved after explaining our situation they reluctantly said they would try and get a cab to come to the office . After a time with no luck the manager stepped in and very kindly offered to drop us off on his way home which was amazing .

Fantastic service from start to finish. The collection and drop off process is very straightforward and quick!!! I tried not to laugh at the long queues for hire car companies in the terminals, but I failed.
