Fantastic company to deal with, great communication throughout the full hiring process and then a stress free airport pickup. Not having to queue at rental desks made for a much more streamlined service. I would 100% use Terry’s Car Hire again and would recommend them to anyone flying into Mallorca.

Another superb vehicle hire from Terry's. Two perfectly presented vehicles that were both clean outside and in, fully fuelled and ready to go. A flawless pickup and drop off procedure at Palma airport made for a hassle free experience. We are out there again in 2026 all being well and Terrys will be our first stop.

Terrys are outstanding. Rare that you can come away from a car rental experience so satisfied but this couldn’t have been easier pick up, drop off and booking process with a high quality car. They are a bit more expensive than other options but well worth the money.

A perfect example of how car hire should be done. This is my third year using Terry's car hire, and once again, the process was seamless. As soon as your flight lands, you get a text with the car’s location, just pay for your parking ticket and you’re on your way. No queues, no paperwork, and no trying to keep the kids entertained while you wait. Returning the car is just as easy. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough.

Highly recommended! I have used Terry's now on 3 separate trips to Mallorca. Every single time they have made everything easy in being able to pick up and then drop off my selected hire car. Communication pre-booking, during the booking and afterwards is fantastic - emails are replied to quickly and when a phone call is needed the staff on the end of the line are friendly, polite and helpful. Prices are fair and I appreciate that the price in the quote is the price you pay - there are no bait and switch or insurance upgrade sales tactics which is what I've experienced from other firms in the past. If we return to Mallorca again next year then I will be 100% using Terry's for my car hire again.

Pick up and drop off is so quick and easy and takes no time at all to find the car and get going - no paperwork to fill in once you arrive!

Rented a car with Terrys for the first time for two weeks in May 2025. Very good communication with them and a swift request to upgrade to a larger estate car arranged very quickly at minimal price increase. Ended up with a brand new Seat Leon. Collection at the multi storey car park at Palma airport was easy with no queueing. The car was on the top floor so took a little time finding it as the bays are not numbered, but that's not Terry's fault. Very pleased with the complete experience from collection to delivery.

What a difference it made to book our car hire with Terrys. Don't choose any other company if you are arriving into Palma Majorca. Non of the usual hassle. Hassle free experience I could not fault Terryscarhire the day before the flight I had phone issues I sent email asking if they could send the text to my wife's for the car location I got an email back 5mins later say no problem and my wife got the text on arrival. Also I noticed some damage near the end of stay and having not seen it before I took a photo and emailed the office . I got an email back saying it was already on their notes do nothing to worry about. If I go back to Majorca I would 100% use them again.

A hassel free car hire, no stress, car was waiting for me when I landed, no standing around St desks, just on the journey up to my hotel straight away. The car was clean, and a joy to drive, would recommend them if you want decent car hire that's hassle free
