Tesco Lincoln extra empty shelves AGAIN!!!

Although I understand it's a Bank holiday weekend and the weather is hot, Tesco extra Lincoln has yet again got empty shelves, I'm not talking just a few items, I couldn't even manage to get food for a couple of days until they re stock. Surely Tesco you are aware that you will be busy so why not stock extra items, the amount of times Tesco Lincoln have got empty spaces on the shelves is getting worse and worse. Over the past few months I've been getting more and more annoyed with Tesco Lincoln. But after today enough is enough, sorry Tesco Lincoln extra, I'll never step inside your supermarket again, I'm off to Sainsbury's. Oh well you will lose £450-£500 per month from me, but then you couldn't care less anyway.

I would give them zero if I could

I would give them zero if I could. My online delivery order was cancelled at the last minute today and this isn’t the first time this has happened. We have been really let down as we spend a lot of money with Tescos £150-£200 a week. As usual we were given no explanation (Technical issues at a depot) and the biggest insult was being offered £10 in compensation. We will not be using them again.

Untrustworthy website stock levels!

On three consecutive shops i have been told that an ordered item was unavailable. After looking at the website the ordered product is showing as being in stock. Obviously tescos website cannot be trusted, very poor from tesco. It looks like many people on trustpilot share my opinion.

Out of date dairy products

My husband has just returned from Galston Tesco.
While putting away the shopping I noticed that the date on the Yeo Greek Style yogurt is the 22 May.
Today is the 23 May. Why is this still on the shelf.
Why can you not contact the store by telephone to inform them. Poor customer service.

How about this for a new low from…

How about this for a new low from Tesco? Bank holiday weekend, family staying with us, BBQ and drinks and weekly shop ordered. Get an email with one hour to go before it's due for arrival to say it's been cancelled. Called the helpline who were friendly and gave us a ten pound voucher but this is about the third time with had issues due to "system issues" and we are sick of it. Never have an issue with Sainsbury, Ocado or Morrisons so will stick with them and WILL NEVER EVER USE TESCO AGAIN! We have a family member who is housebound. Also refund within 4-5 days. So we have to pay put for two lots of shopping. Tesco your service and customer care are appalling. Our whole family are fuming and thank you for ruining our bank holiday weekend and for the inconvenience half way through the day. Goodbye I will ensure this review is shared elsewhere to warn people to be mindful and to shop elsewhere.

Disgraceful Service from Driver

Delivery was due, heard a commotion outside so had a look. The Tesco driver had somehow dropped most of my shopping onto the footpath and was throwing with some force each item back into the crates, jars, bottles, bread, eggs, tins etc, everything just thrown in with no regard for any damage. Consequently, eggs were broken, fruit was squashed, cans were dented, milk was leaking etc. He didn't seem bothered when I opened the door so I reported this to Tesco customer services, who refunded me for the damaged items and for all the missing frozen items, which the driver failed to deliver.
Never will I use Tesco home delivery again.

Tesco has just cancelled my order at…

Tesco has just cancelled my order at the last minute. This is the third time. I am not in the position to collect the order from Tesco which is fifteen miles from me. They have taken the money ( more than £100 ) which won’t be reimbursed for up to five working days. I am a grandparent with family coming here for half term. I am so cross.

Are Tesco telling us the Truth…???

The Tesco store in Canton, Cardiff has not had any Lottery facilities for months now.
They have even taken the Scratch cards off.sales.
The Store location number is 2242.
Their story is that there is some kind of fault although other Lottery providers in close proximity are up and running well.
Is it that Tesco just don’t want the Lottery footfall cluttering up their outlets…?
They have few staff as it is !!!

Fake voucher

Received 3 x vouchers yesterday

£6
£6
and
£6.50

Tried to use 2 today. Self service till took the first one, but computer said ''coupon not recognised''. So I call a member of staff. Member of staff calls the manager. Manager scans it 10 times, enters manually 3 times, ''coupon not recognised''. Manager cannot void the transaction or I lose a £6 voucher forever. Manager then tells me to call 0800 number on the voucher. I call the 0800 number on the voucher.

0800 picks up with robot wasting my time listing all the internet options I could have used instead, because it can't figure out I want to talk to someone and solve the problem.

Guy with the thickest Indian accent picks up the phone, I had the greatest difficuties understanding the gibberish English while a noisy toddler was playing in the background, really, really not the sort of customer experience you would expect when making a customer phone call. After asking him to repeat 4-5 times, what I essentially get is that the shops's system is working part time, guy blamed everyone redeeming their coupons all at the same time (was the only customer scanning coupons in the shop at that time) and that I should try again later.

One voucher worked, second one did not. Zero intention to solve anything but push me under the carpet.

I have a piece of paper that says £6 on it, ''not recognised''

inflated delivery prices due to demand

I booked a home delivery slot for £2.50 but went over the time limit to check out. When I checked the slots available for home delivery 3 minutes after they had all increased by £2.00. (This is the whole week either side of the bank holiday.) Apparently demand means much higher prices (hopefully this isn't applied to products too?)

Tesco customer services are now not…

Tesco customer services are now not serving customers with a few items. Today I had a loaf of Bread and needed cigarettes and lottery but was told that customer services no longer take payments for groceries. So I had to queue up twice. Utterly ridiculous..

Get your act together Tesco pure greed

So Tesco CEO boss has awarded himself a pay rise of a million to add to his total salary of 11 million. May I suggest it should go towards investing in new delivery vans. My home order was cancelled at the last minute for the second time in two months. One of the drivers told me Tesco had bought a job lot of cheap vans from overseas and are now paying the price and need to be replaced. As an 80 year old I dont appreciate having to haul to Tesco to pick up a week's shopping and bring it home. They seem to work on the same principal as they did refurbishing the store when freezers broke down every year for 3 years when the weather got warm. The only way to get ice cream was to ask and someone would tell you what they had 'in the back'. Come on Tesco get your act together, pure greed.

DETERIORATING AND POOR SERVICE

I have been a customer of Tesco for many years and have seen the level of service deteriorating significantly. I am sure they will say that a number of things are outside their control (really?) but real signs of profiteering with prices escalating all the time and more and more products missing from the shelves.
However what is more frustrating is the absence of manned checkouts, (probably caused by them reducing their staff) which results in long queues down the aisles. Today I queued for 25 minutes to get to a checkout. This situation has been deteriorating for some time.
