Service is great, DPD courier terrible
Repair & calibration service is great, but their courier DPD was, let's say, poor. When collecting the tester from us, DPD claimed twice that the parcel wasn't ready for collection, when they actually never turned up (we checked our cameras). So unfortunately, I'll probably choose a different supplier in future.

DT-5503 Analogue Insulation Tester
No problems with the company, test Meter and their delivery. The negative comments I have are with respect to the insulation meter I ordered which in fairness awas the cheapest they had for sale . The T-5503 Analogue Insulation Tester has a major drawback for testing in accordance with BS7671 as it lacks resolution on the MegOhms range. For anything greater than 50MOhm on the 500V setting it is almost impossible to see the actual value i.e. somewhere between 50 Megohm and infinityMegOhm as the scale is non-linear. Also the instruction supplied printed and on-line are not very helpful. There is a zero adjust knob for the meter movement but no information on how to use it.

Placed order online and my order arrived the very next day which was a pleasant surprise. Was kept informed throughout and so glad they use DPD as they never let me down! Tbh I try to avoid using companies that use Royal Mail and some other delivery companies as their tracking systems and reliability are nowhere near as good as DPD in my experience. I wouldn't hesitate to order from the Test Meter Group again. Superb service and very happy with my purchase thank you. Price was best I could find so even better!
