Bought new Kane analyser
First time I’ve ever used this company, but came recommended and prices were brilliant. So thought I’d give them a go.
My only minor gripe is when there was an issue with the order processing (my fault) I got an email with actions required to process the order, a phone call would have been better as I missed the email in a sea of other emails. Still rate 5 stars though as if I had actually done it right it the first place it would have been processed no issue.
Overall service is good, prices are fantastic, and I most certainly will be using again!

Excellent product, excellent service 5*
Purchased a 'Socket & See SOK65/16HD 400V Industrial Socket Tester'. As a end customer checking the rotation of 3 phase sockets on site it now couldn't be simpler. This comes with a 16A 5 wire plug and I made up my own 16-32A and 16-63A 1m long adaptors to allow me to test any variation on site. The reason I bought this was because an NICEIC certified electrician installed a new 16A 3PH socket on a wall with others and did not check the rotation externally to the socket (i.e. he checked phase sequence of L1, L2, L3 at both ends of the cable but plugged nothing in the socket to test rotation). In this instance the socket was wired incorrectly (something he claims to have never seen before) and the rotation was reversed. When a machine was plugged in it totally destroyed it and we are now £20k out of pocket. A simple test with one of these very cheap testers by the electrician would have prevented this. Now I won't trust any electrician, I'll just test every future 3 ph socket install myself. Great little tester and a good company to deal with.

i sent my gas analyser for calibration…
i sent my gas analyser for calibration never used it since it came back,which would be a couple of months,it worked before i sent it,when i come to use it,it did`nt work so i rung them a woman came on phone and tryed to tell me they do not go into the unit as she said shed worked on the calibration side,clearly she did not have a clue!!! how would you replace the oxygen sensor.

I’ve dealt with Test4Less several times now and will continue to get my test equipment calibrated with them, brilliant company. Very quick and affordable service. From point of contact to return a very easy process. Caroline emailed me a few weeks before my calibration was due which is a great idea, takes the pressure off trying to remember when it needs doing. Great customer service.

I'm sorry the calibration date is shorter than expected. In order to be able to supply units quickly when ordered, we do need to keep stock on the shelf. Naturally this means the calibration date can deplete from the full 12 months, it is a fine balancing act.
