delivery took too long
Prices are good, but not the delivery time in my case. I ordered a book and it was clearly stated that the book arrives within 1-2 weeks. I even selected to pick it up at my closest store, to be faster.
Two weeks later I asked at the customer service, who replied that because they ordered my book from abroad, it might take up to 6 weeks! How was I supposed to know that when I made the order?
Eventually the book arrived 4 weeks after the ordering date. Oh well... it was not urgent, but one month seems too long. I would suggest to inform the user of the books that belong to these special categories and show realistic delivery dates.

worst online book shop i've ever seen
i orderd 4 books and it said that one book is sofort lieferbar and the others will take 1-3 weeks. I was in a hurry but I had no choice so i just waited. But then few days later the staff just canceled my order without my permission and just sait 'we cannot ship this book' like WHAT THE...? you serious? then why did they say 'it can be shipped but will take long' from the first place? if they can't ship the book, they should write 'unavailable' something like that. i wasted my few days waiting for that stupid noticment. from now one i must order all the books from amazon, not from here. i realised that being cheap always has reasons and the good example is thalia. cheap book=bad service
