Order 1 air filter from thensen for vga one.. it was so low quality that it was not even fitting into the section.. I had to forcefully fit in it...

The worst service I’ve ever had

I stood and waited for 80 minutes to get tyres changed, which is fine. But, they had finished my tyres after 40 minutes and didn’t tell me, so I stood and waited an extra 40 minutes before I finally asked why it was taking so long and that I could see my car outside. They didn’t know what to do with my old tyres because they didn’t fit in my car. So they let me stand there an extra 40 minutes instead of just telling me what was going on.

The trunk mat didn't fit at all

The trunk mat didn't fit at all. There's a compatibility check on the website by car number, but it doesn't work. I wasted my time.

Order delayed multiple times

Dear Thansen,

I have ordered a set of winter tires together with a scheduled service to mount them, back on October 18th. Back then, the pickup and service date was shown as 11th of November. Shortly after that, it was moved to 15th of December, which is a huge delay, but I understand that there might be a lot of backorders around this time of the year.

Even thought the delivery day changed, the service day remained the same. I had to call your support team to change it to match the delivery day. Bcs they cannot mount the tires if they are not there. I would imagine that this could be done automatically, without me having to keep an eye on it. Or I would at least expect some sort of notification.

Anyway, similar thing happened 2 weeks ago, when the delivery day was changed from 15th of December to 11th of December. Which, I again noticed myself and thus called the support yet again to have the service date changed.

I have noticed yet another delay from 11th of December to 16th of December, after which I wrote an email to the support. There they suggested I choose different set of rims. Which I did. The new delivery day was supposed to be the 10th of December. It was moved to 13th and now to 16th. I have now words. If you know the rims will not be delivered in time, just make it clear and do not postpone the delivery day by day…..

OK overall, but slow and forgot my tyres!

OK overall, but be careful. First customer of the day, and still took 90 minutes to change 4 tyres, so not exactly fast. Changing to winter tyres and just took away my summer tyres! Subsequently I would have left without them if not checking they were inside the boot! Nobody asked the question.

There was no options to delivery but on your website is info delivery free from 1000kr.
I got info with no options to delivery after I buy already my produkt.

Unfortunately, this item cannot be delivered as it is classified as hazardous goods. It can only be picked up in-store. Picking up the battery in the store is, of course, free of charge.

Bad customer service at the branch in…

Bad customer service at the branch in ishøj. Why hire people without the knwoledge about what they sell? I was asking for a tube for the cyklertrack of which in the website they do have. They said they dont know what am talking about. This is the second time of bad experience.

I ordered online so I could use Click &…

I ordered online so I could use Click & Collect and skip the queue. When I arrived, the queue machine wasn’t working, so I went directly to the Click & Collect counter. The employee there was reluctant to help and told me to “ask his colleague,” instead of checking my order himself. I then had to wait in a long queue, even though Click & Collect should be fast. The second employee gave me the package immediately. Overall, the first employee was unhelpful and made the process unnecessarily frustrating.
