Bought a new bike and paid to have it assembled. The front brake didnt work, the handlebars were loose and the tires were flat. I asked for a refund and was only refunded the price of the bike and not the fee for assembling the bike

Horrible customer service culture
I have been to Thansen 3 times this weekend to change tyres with actual booking and still didn't manage to get it done.... Neither in the store in Amager or Tårnby
The first appointment I was late 3minutes due to queue inside the store and they refused me saying that I am too late...(in Vestamager), but booked me for today in Tårnby,
When I arrived this morning, they claim that I have no booking, despite me showing proof with both paper and confirmation SMS. Booking number is: 503978045
I have made one more appointment this afternoon (booking number 113444514) where they again refused to do the work when I showed up claiming that they'll simply "finish current customer car and leave....). And btw, I called even customer service prior to going to confirm that I have my booking in place. They confirmed, and said that I can just call them with the staff member if there is an issue. But they forgot to mention that was outside customer service working hours...
I have never seen anything like this, shameless of arrogance, complacency and incompetence.
These tire change attempts were done through my insurance company Gjensidige and will make sure to inform them.

Dissatisfaction with the purchase
First, it took about 2 weeks from the time I placed the order to the time the items were delivered. Second, one of the items (the exhaust pipe) had minor damage, which I had to give up due to an urgent need.

Cocky kids at the counter, gave me the wrong item fir my car, went to return it, box was on perfect condition, he ripped the box to check inside it and then he said I couldn’t return it because of the condition of the box.

The workshop was delayed and they left…
The workshop was delayed and they left my car's inside very dirty, changed tires weren't placed securely in the trunk and I didn't receive the SMS or any updates.
This was unusual as they usually have much better service.
